So unprofessional no order updates with…

So unprofessional no order updates with next to no communication or organisation was so disappointed as I stated on my multiple messages that it was a birthday gift. Wasn’t until I put in for a refund that I got a response stating a part of my order was out of stock, it took 2 weeks for this information. I never complain or do a bad review but I’d like to save someone else being disappointed.

Would not reccomend

Highly recommended!

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. My order shipped really fast, and the trainers arrived exactly as described. Customer service was also fab - very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be returning for future orders. Highly recommended!

First time using OTSneakerz and can honestly say the best to go to for all your trainers, Tom was extremely quick at responding to queries and very helpful with my order. Delivered really quick and exactly as described, I will definitely be back for more pairs!

Absolutely top-class service

Absolutely top-class service from start to finish. The seller was quick to respond, really helpful with sizing advice, and clearly knows their stuff. The trainers arrived exactly as described — brand new, perfect condition, and packaged properly. Delivery was fast and tracked, which was a big bonus.

Overall, a smooth, reliable experience. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality trainers and trustworthy service.

Ordered a pair of Asics, told me he didn’t have the size in stock but he’d sent me a similar fit, never sent the pair and still ignoring me.
