Otis is an easy online consult/zoom meeting for my pit bull relating to his allergies. After spending hundreds at a in person vet with no assessment other than to sedate my dog because of his behavior, I knew it had to be a better way to have my dog seen. Otis vet eased me and my pit bull’s stress and the prescribed allergy medications are in route.

Amazing experience. I love the way they send you all the information after each visit so that it’s easy to understand what the treatment plan is and how to use everything they’re recommending. I also like that the doctor created a holistic treatment plan for my dog’s allergies. They noted that some of the things were optional, such as extra shampoos. I ended up buying all of the items anyway since I want to make sure I get my dog’s itching under control. I appreciated feeling like they weren’t just trying to push products and were actually helping me come up with a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget.

I have a pit bull with chronic environmental allergies (which often lead to hot spots which are very scary looking). Every time I’d take him to the vet, I’d end up paying over $200 but never felt we were making real progress in getting his symptoms under control or preventing future flare ups, just reactively treating the issue. Otis was totally different! Not only did they get Stanley on a new routine for his allergies but the vet explained how allergies work in dogs and why he recommends each product, which made me feel much better about purchasing everything and helped motivate me to stick with a regular bath/wipe routine to keep all the allergens off of him. They also give you lots of extra materials after the consult so you don’t have to take endless notes on what the vet is explaining. All of it made his allergies (and treatments) way easier to understand. The visit was also affordable and I appreciated that they don’t force you into a membership like some other online services I’d seen. I was also able to do a complimentary follow-up call with their vet which made me feel a lot better about Stanley’s dosing and routine. It’s not just a one-time consult and then you’re on your own, it feels like you really have ongoing support you can access at any time.

I found Otis when my dog Bentley, a 2-year-old Westie, started itching and chewing his paws a lot more than usual. Booking was quick and they had same-day appointments, which was great! I also liked being able to upload photos of Bentley’s skin beforehand so the vet came in prepared. The call/appointment felt thorough and efficient. I’d definitely recommend Otis for anyone dealing with itchy skin or allergies with their pet.

My dog Yogi was having an allergy flare-up. I had taken him to the vet which helped short-term but the problem kept persisting. After I found Otis, I got Yogi on an ongoing plan, and he was feeling better within just a few days. Dr. Scott was super patient and thankfully had availability the same day I reached out. I was really impressed with their level of service and their prices are much more competitive than other online alternatives. I’d highly recommend!

I work long hours, so getting a same-day vet consult without driving to a clinic was a huge win. My Frenchie, Henno, has struggled with allergies for over a year and nothing we tried really worked. A friend recommended Otis and the consult was affordable, so I gave it a shot.

The vet actually took the time to explain what might be causing Henno’s allergies and created a plan tailored to him, not just a quick prescription. A few weeks in and he already seems like a completely different dog. Highly recommend, especially for dog allergies.

Dr Perry and everyone I had contact with were wonderful. Only downside to me was the cost of meds. Other than that, they were great in helping my dog

I have never been treated as good as I have with Otis. This online veterinarian practice is extraordinary in every way. Their staff is very understanding and will listen to your every concern. Dr Perry is excellent vet that will give you options of what your pet needs. After the video call, Dr Perry will send you his recommendations within hours of the video call. I love my dog, Bear, and Dr Perry gave me exactly what he needed. Also, I would like too mention a lady named Janine. She kept in touch every step of the way. She messages and asks how Bear is doing. And that meant a lot to me.

Super helpful and very quick response time. We live far away from vets and in office appointments are just super expensive for us right now so having just a video chat with a veterinarian at a lower cost was amazing. It’s also just really nice to have our dog’s medication delivered to us each month. Even when I had an expected charge put on my card the problem was corrected immediately that day. These people are super helpful, very kind and probably some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I recommend them to everyone!
