All attempts to get in touch with Osum (email, Facebook chat) have been ignored.
Do not give your credit card details unless you want to be billed immediately.
Update - Osum only replied after I had posted this review online, despite what they state below. They did not reply to email nor FB within 5 days. They have refused my request for a refund, because I downloaded the "trial" data into a PDF.
Update2 - Adam from Osum asked me how they can make the website clearer, so that people don't get confused like I did. It looks like they have made some changes now so that it's clearer. Good to see.

SUMMARY UPDATE (1): As per the pricing page on https://osum.com/pricing the 7 day trial is available exclusively for our monthly Pro and Expert plans. However, a 7 day trial is not available for the monthly Business plan or any annual plans. This user signed up for a Business plan where on the checkout it explicitly states they are to be billed immediately.
Despite that, in case of any mistakes, we offer a generous refund policy: Refunds can be requested within 7 days post-trial (in case a user forgot to cancel) or from the start of a subscription without a trial, provided usage does not exceed 3 reports viewed or any PDF exports.
This user used significant account resources (more than 3 reports or any PDF exports) therefore was no longer eligible for a refund. User also makes a contradictory claim: Supposedly we did not reply, when in fact the records show there was a reply, which he confirmed in his review - that he was not eligible for a refund.

As explained in our chat, the 'Try Now' option is available for our Pro and Expert Monthly plans, designed for a trial experience without immediate charges. Other plans, such as the Business Monthly and all Annual plans, are standard subscriptions without a trial, which is clearly indicated on our pricing page.
Furthermore, even if you started a subscription without a trial, we still offer fair refund options within the first 7 days for customers if they did not exceed the typical trial limits of 3 reports or any PDF exports. You exceeded these limits.

During a 7-day free trial I tested the solution. In particular, I put in the website of a company to see what the SWOT would be. It appears that there is a lot of web scraping, followed by generic assumptions about the industry the company played in, however the industry the solution assumed wasn't even correct. A lot of money per month for something so generic and incorrect. It is easy to use though.
