Crashed & Burned...then rose anew like a Fiery Phoenix!
Crashed & Burned...
1st Day I tried to use it & the videos all crashed.
But... Their Customer Service and active response to my problems is a strong 7 out of 5 stars.
Their acknowledgement of tech glitches & problems, willingness & aggressiveness in fixing them, and honest discussion with me & Accountability was a Case Study in PR & how to properly deal with your Customers.
I think there's some kind of book about "Good PR: Turning your Complainers into your Cheerleaders..."
Wherever it is, they read it, studied it, and mastered it.
Cuz I'm now a believer again and willing to publicly say I'm excited to be part of the growth process of this Start-up as an early adopter. I know it won't always be perfect but I'm willing to stick with them after their response to my issues.
