Oshoppu Arvostelua

The website is easy to navigate through and I found what I was looking for really quickly. My order was packaged beautifully and arrived with no damage. My mum had bought me a nendroid for my birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase :) ❤️❤️❤️

I brought a Spy X Family mystery bundle, I love everything in it and it is amazing value for money. The only downside is I would have liked a mixture of characters, all the items were of just the one. However that's the risk you take with a mystery bag. It arrived well packaged and within a reasonable timeframe.

Really unique shop, absolutely love all the Sanrio things! Really fast delivery and my daughter is obsessed with all her Cinnamoroll stuff!

Amazing customer service - I was sent a replacement for a damaged item very quickly (likewise, is correspondence fast) and all around prices are reasonable and very cute picks

Excellent service as always.
I never hesitate to recommend Oshoppu!

Service was fantastic as always. Items were top quality and shipping was fast. Lauryn goes above and beyond and is always happy to help out where she can. You can’t find that kind of customer service anywhere else!

I was so happy to see this particular gashapon series being offered, as I have been super excited to get some!! The package arrived surprisingly quickly, maybe within a week? While it got here on Thursday, I wanted to wait until my birthday today to open them! I got my favorite figurine in the series that I wanted most, so I am very happy!! As an avid gashapon collector, I'll definitely order from here again!

I have had multiple experiences with this store with a fantastic and streamlined process every time! Prices are extremely competitive, especially for a small business, and the team goes out of their way to help you with whatever you’re looking for. There’s nowhere I’d rather get my kawaii goodies from than here! Even living across the planet, I was able to get my items in a great timeframe consistently.

Fast shipping, packed really well and great value for money. It was my first time ordering from Oshoppu and had a great experience! Will order from again :)

I have used oshoppu a few times as they have some pretty hard to find anime merchandise that you can only get in japan at very reasonable prices. I’ve pre ordered in the past and been giving perfect eta dates and shipped immediately to when they received it on there side. The company is family run and I love that. they are very easy to get hold of to talk about orders and they always have a good variety in stock! I will continue to use this company!

I absolutely love this small business! First of all the owner is super lovely and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do. The prices are super reasonable in my opinion (I think most people don’t realise how expensive it is to import from Japan!) and you can always trust that everything is authentic. My go to for all things kawaii🥰

Customer service is awesome and super easy to contact the owner, prices are competitive, and it being a UK shop means you don't have to worry about addition costs for importing :D they have a really good range of products, and the best gacha selection! Shipping is within time estimates and everything is packed well. Can't ask for more! :D

I've been a customer of OShoppu since 2022 and have made many orders with them. Every single order comes beautifully packaged and wrapped, and the postage is always really fast. They are able to source great (and rare) items directly from Japan and stock better things than a lot of the other import sites! I've also chatted with the owner more than a few times, and the customer service has been fantastic. I've never had any issues with my orders but they've always been happy to answer questions, help out with finding specific items, and holding packages when I want to add something!

The main owner is also very active on Instagram, regularly giving updates and funny behind-the-scenes looks at how the store is run on her IG stories. She is very open about being a disabled person running a business, which is honestly so impressive as I know how hard that must be (as a disabled person myself.) She regularly hosts giveaways, is always chatting with people and is just all-round a lovely person. She is very fast to respond to messages and always aims for the highest level of customer service possible.

Highly reccommend!

Really competitively price, items arrived very quickly and in excellent condition! Was able to find so many pieces that I've never seen before! Especially good for Sanrio and Pokemon!

Customer service is next level, Going above and beyond! Wonderful products, wonderful people =]

Absolutely love Oshoppu! As an avid moomin fan I check their store often for Japanese moomin collectibles. The shipping is incredibly fast and well packaged.

I have shopped with Oshoppu several times now and absolutely love the care they put into every order. My orders always come beautifully wrapped and feel like a hug! They have the best range of items from Sanrio to Pokemon and always have new stock coming in. I trust them for authentic stock and the best price and they are my go to for all things Kawaii! Thank you so much! I love this business as well because they have an amazing presence on instagram and are so excited and knowledgeable about all their products.

super adorable packaging, super fair prices, super kawaii!!!

A perfect example of why you should shop small! I feel like the products on sale have been curated so beautifully and I'm constantly finding more cute things to buy. So happy I found this store! :D
Amazing service. Thank you!
