I don’t even want to give a 1 star but I had to do that to get to hear! Do Not Order from them they tell your item has been delivered when you’ve waited a month already! They are a scam!!!!! Please do not order from this company!

Never delivered. Tracking said it was delivered “in the yard”. I have ring security cameras on all sides. No one or activity on camera. No response from customer service. What a scam. Delivery service was not usps or FedEx or ups. I don’t where my order was delivered but not to my house. Someone prolly threw it out the window like a newspaper 🗞️ but not at my address and again ring cameras have no activity on the date they said it was delivered. Going to have to dispute through credit card company now

I ordered a beautiful beaded blouse. Paid in faith. Two month later I'm still waiting. I emailed and asked for a refund and they responded that it's on it's way. A month later when I emailed again for a refund I got a message saying this email was not delivered. The tracking is stuck on 'leave depot'. The 3 day despatch tricks you..it's actually leaving from China! No contact number should have been a red flag. Stay away, the 'good reviews' aren't real

I ordered several items from this store, and paid in good faith, last year 2025. Here we are in January 2026 and still no merchandise delivered. The tracking comment states delivered, BUT NEVER RECIEVED. This company and or store is doing fraudulent business with customers. Either they need to send me what I purchased or return my payment back to original FOP. I am not going back and forth, emails have been sent multiple times with no reply. NOT HAPPY!

I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter. It never came in. Tracking showed it delivered to a different state. After many many emails back and forth with oshoplive they finally agreed to refund my money but I never got it. Thankfully I used PayPal to purchase and PayPal stepped in and refunded my money. My daughter’s friend also ordered a dress and it never came in. I would not recommend.

Una estrella y porque no se puede menos. Es un timo. Y he visto que el "modus operandi" es siempre el mismo... lo que quiere decir que lo hacen a propósito. Pagué 2 vestidos que pedí y nunca han llegado, igual que les ha pasado a otras persona, como veo aquí. La próxima vez, tendré más cuidado y miraré las referencias. Un desastre. Los quería para una boda y ya no me da tiempo de comprar otra cosa.

I live in Raleigh, NC, and I ordered a top from the site; it was delivered to an address in Arlington, TX. I reached out to support, and they said it shows the order was delivered. I said it was delivered in TX. I kept emailing support to come to a resolution, and all of the emails were returned as "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Be careful, they are thieves. I placed my order in March, and today is July 28 — still no response from them. They don’t reply to any of my emails.

dont make the same mistake I did.
Just don't buy anything. One article arrived, terrible quality. nothing like on the homepage. The other article didn't even arrive. Customer service is not even pretending to help. Just stay away from them.

These are real scammers! I ordered a dress on the 31/03/2025 for a function at the Easter holiday, after 2 weeks I tracked the order and it said delivered. I have tried to complain and ask for my refund to no avail. The company does not seem bothered by my concerns and I am not happy that they ruined my plans for Easter.

No llega el pedido! Creo que es una estafa y me duele más porque realmente quería los vestidos no tanto el dinero! Nadie responde y sale en la entrega que lo enviaron a una dirección diferente! Realmente triste ser ilusionado y estafado de esta manera!

Ordinato un abito a marzo, ricevuta una mail che conferma la spedizione e l' articolo risulta in deposito a Roma dal 20 aprile . Mai più ricevuto...mi dispiace solo aver fatto l' ordine senza controllare prima le recensioni! Ma sbagliando si impara..DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

Ordered a bathing suit in January. I live in Quebec Canada. When using the tracking info, it says it was delivered in another province. Emailed the service information and never got an answer back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Shop elsewhere.

• GIGANTIC SCAM • I ordered 10 pieces of clothes and more than two months later I received clothes that was wrong, old, different sizes and ugly. I ordered beautifu dresses but I got fx. an old cotton brown west with a whole in it and size XL size purple gym pants (I’m a size S). When you wanna complain none of their contact info works. ONE BIG SCAM

Package lost in shipping, was actually shipped to another city n delivered, the company is doing nothing to replace or refund me. Keeps blocking my email correspondence replies. Do not buy from them, horrible customer service.

No llega el producto y marca el número de guía de que ya llego sin problema, y ya me bloquearon el correo.
