Fantastic service! So happy with my purchases : ) Thank you

Ordered some fabulous cushion covers which were packaged so well in tissue paper and waterproof outer packaging as was explained the weather was not currently very good. . There was also a lovely note from Bernie enclosed. The covers are beautiful, I just had one question and so emailed. Within 15 minutes I received a very helpful reply back from Bernie the likes of which is unusual now a-days. It is clear this company really care about their customers. I cannot recommend Oscar and Tilly highly enough. Very happy customer. Thank you

Lovely items, packaged well and arrived promptly

Excellent customer service. Product is beautiful and they took the time to wrap it for me as it is a gift. Will definitely use again and recommend anyone thinking of using them to buy!

Lovely packaging, great item that I’d been trying to get a hold of for a while now. Thankfully Oscar & Tilly had it. My 1st order with them but I’ll be back. Thanks

Lovely product, packaged well & delivered very quickly

I am delighted with the shopping experience. I bought a lovely weekender bag by Elizabeth Scarlett and they were able to give me a 15% discount. I used the Chat feature and was kept informed about delivery etc. The bag arrived when they said it would and was beautifully packed. Will definitely buy from them again!

Carefully wrapped, securely packed, and sent without delay. Couldn't ask for more. 👍

Lovely selection of items, website is easy to use and items well described. My order was dispatched very quickly and packaged well with care. There was a minor issue with an item being out of stock however the issue was communicated well and the owner went above and beyond to source a replacement, the communication throughout was excellent and it was a lovely personal and thoughtful service. I have placed a couple of orders recently both for myself and gifts for friends and family, lovely shop, thank you so much for your excellent service

Great selection, easy to navigate the site, professional service.

The notebooks I ordered turned out to e out of stock. I got a lovely note of apology, free freight AND a free notebook. Brilliant customer service.

What a genuinely lovely little business, I ordered a candle wick trimmer which was perfect, it came packaged so well and arrived so quickly and the communication was 11/10. Would definitely order from them again, they have so many lovely bits on their website. Thank you!

Great customer service and lovely gift ideas for friends…. and me!

Great service very good company to purchase from.

This family based company is new to me and the range of goods offered is extensive. I ordered the summer bunting and a number of the Elizabeth Scarlett coin purposes and wash bag.
The items are unusual, beautifully made and warrants their price which is similar to the high street.
Parcel arrived via first class and all items beautifully wrapped in tissue and finished with a handwritten card.
Finally I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Bernie, the Founder and her small team.
