Wow. Honestly one of the best costumer service I’ve received. Thank you for the lovely product! I’m so impressed!

Great service and excellent quality products

What fantastic personal service you get from Bernie. I received my goods very quickly and all were very beautifully wrapped. Bernie let me know that my Oak Egg Nest was coming direct to me from its maker which was very thoughtful. I was so pleased with everything that I had purchased and recommend this lovely business to you all. The pink and the blue mugs were particularly my favourites.

Fantastic products, service and people. I love their items!!

I discovered Oscar & Tilly in November and have placed several orders since as I’ve fallen in love with their products. The candles and Reed diffusers are such great quality especially. Bernie is super helpful, the products are great quality, always well packed, always delivered promptly. I’m especially happy I’m spending my money with a small family business rather than a big corporate. In my opinion, the quality is better than The White Company.

I recently placed an order with Oscar and Tilly and was very impressed with the quick delivery and amazing quality of the item. Bernie was very helpful and delivered excellent customer service. I will definitely be shopping from Oscar and Tilly again! Thank you.

Beautiful things arriving super fast and well packaged!

Star light, lovely item.

High quality items as gifts, received beautifully wrapped. Fast efficient postage too - so delighted all round. Thank you so much.

My order arrived very quickly and was perfectly packaged. The candle itself was beautiful and smells amazing. I loved the personal touches to the confirmation orders and delivery notes. Will definitely be ordering from here again x

Efficient service provided with great communication for my orders. Items were beautifully wrapped in tissue and boxed , with stickers provided to seal once you have had a look at the items received.
