They closed my account and lied about the reason
The handling of grandfathered users is extremely shady and the support team is unfortunately unhelpful.
I was a user of Autopilot before it was rebranded to Ortto, for years I had no issues and kept using the knowledge base feature, and one day they closed my account accusing me of going over the limit for 3 months, I only had 1 contact and it is shown in my usage report, but they told me I had 100,000 contacts and for that they decided to close my account and claiming they cannot view logs to confirm.
