Ortorex Arvostelua 186

Da un mese non e arrivato il mio ordine, sono truffatori

Sito ingannevole la merce, (quanda arriva !!!), arriva dalla Cina

Penso che la mia mail, inviata ad Ortorex, sia più che sufficiente a non "spingervi" ad ordinare presso di loro:

" Con la presente segnalo una grave e inaccettabile comunicazione commerciale ingannevole relativa al mio Ordine #426896 del 26 gennaio 2026.

In fase di acquisto era chiaramente e ripetutamente indicata una consegna in 3–4 giorni. Solo dopo il pagamento ho scoperto, tramite il tracking da voi inviato, che:

la merce proviene dalla Cina (informazione MAI dichiarata prima dell’acquisto);

la consegna reale è stimata in 7–14 giorni, in totale contrasto con quanto pubblicizzato.

Questo comportamento è scorretto, fuorviante e lesivo dei diritti del consumatore.
Non si tratta di un “ritardo”, ma di informazioni false fornite deliberatamente per indurre all’acquisto.

Se le condizioni reali di spedizione fossero state dichiarate con trasparenza, non avrei mai effettuato l’ordine.

Il vostro modus operandi è purtroppo perfettamente in linea con le numerose recensioni negative che ricevete su Trustpilot, che descrivono esattamente lo stesso schema: promesse di consegna rapide, spedizioni dalla Cina e totale mancanza di chiarezza.

In mancanza di un riscontro immediato e di una soluzione concreta, provvederò senza ulteriore preavviso a:

pubblicare una recensione negativa dettagliata su Trustpilot e altri portali;

segnalare la pratica come comunicazione commerciale ingannevole agli organi competenti.

Resto in attesa di una vostra risposta, che giudicherò anche in base alla rapidità con cui verrà fornita.

The delivery was reasonably slow but the walking shoes I ordered does the job for the price and it’s very comfortable and it’s water resistant and I went ahead to order another colour and has arrived despite of the busy month during Christmas. I wore it to do my cleaning job and the sole is non-slippery. Wore it to clean the shower and mop the floor especially granite floor. It’s quite trendy too. With the price didn’t expect that !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

It is impossible to return the item, they do not respond and stall the process and then give you an "offer" of only 40% back.

"We are sorry that the item did not quite suit you. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We would like to offer you a partial refund of 40% of your purchase price, and you may keep the item."

Scammers.

Shoes are, on average, 3-star. If you have wider feet, you need to order two sizes up.

I gave 1 star because I ORDERD SIZE 45 ON DECEMBER 3, 2025, and they shipped size 46. Size 46 is too big for me. TODAY IS JANUARY 27, 2026, AND THEY STIL HAVEN'T SORTED IT OUT.

From my point of view, they are scammers. You order something, they ship something else, and they don't resolve the issue. My size is 43, but because I have wider feet, I have to order 45. This is my second and last order from them.

A total disgrace.

Vreselijke service. Bij aankoop van een orthopedisch kussen werd aangegeven dat het 30 dagen getest kon worden en dan kosteloos retour. Merkte meteen dat het kussen te hard was. Meerdere keren erover gemaild. Na 6 weken pas reactie, met de boodschap dat de retourtermijn verstreken is. Mag het wel “uit coulance” houden voor 50% van de prijs.

Op zoek naar een paar nieuwe tuin kniebeschermers kwam ik op de Ortorex website terecht. De foto was van een paar kniebeschermers zoals de oude er ook uitzagen. Extra goed gekeken, maar website zei dat er een magazijn in Nederland was. Nou niet dus.... Het pakketje is wel aangekomen uit China, maar de kniebeschermers zijn niet hetzelfde als op de foto en halen het niet bij de kwaliteit van de oude. Met name de klitteband sluiting is te iel en te kort. Op hun eigen website staan allemaal positieve reviews, maar die zijn nep. Je kunt daar zelf ook geen review schrijven.

If there had been a ‘zero’ star rating I would have used it!
It took forever to receive the item and then it was too small and unsuitable they are telling me I have to pay for registered shipping to Latvia to get a refund.
They should have their UK trading rights discontinued. Don’t buy anything from them.

It’s a scam company they don’t respond to emails bought my item 6th of December 2025 asked for a refund still nothing. Please be careful of Scammers like this Ortorex, DO NOT and l repeat be scammed.

Ho fatto un ordine il 28/12/25 ancora aspetto la consegna, li ho mandato due email e mi hanno chiesto l'indirizzo e ancora sto aspettando. Secondo me devono chiudere sono stato un imbecille che no ho guardato prima le recensioni

Ya había hecho el pedido cuando leí los comentarios de esta pagina , la verdad es que me sentí estafada, y ya lo daba por perdido , pero ( ante todo pronóstico) mi pedido llegó ayer, 7 de enero de 2026.
El pedido lo hice el 26 de diciembre de 2025.

This company claims to have a uk online site, ORTOREX.UK BEWARE this is based in Latvia and all they want is get money off you. They offer products from AliExpress which you can get cheaper or Amazon with return policy. This does but only refund 70% on the purchased price. They would be reported to Trading Standard wrt the operating site in UK, when there’s obviously no centre for returning things.
Stay away. At least on AliExpress there’s a refund policy.

These are all over the world
Ortorex.be, Ortorex.nl, Ortorex.de, ortorex uk, Ortorex.se etc.. etc..
But they are from Poland, named WEBOCADO PL Z O O, Pfff of course , scammers.
DO NOT BUY AS ALL THE YOU GET IS CRAP FROM CHINA!!!!

SCAM says it a UK site. Item falsely stated dispatched from China. Tracked but doesn't arrive. I doubt a refund will be possible either. Bought a present for a friend.
Im pretty sure I checked the website on trust pilot too before purchasing.

Ortorex states it is UK Based. It is from Latvia. Delivery was slow and nose scissors looked like they were a free gift from a Christmas cracker. Absolutely rubbish. SCAM SO BEWARE!!!!

Estafa en todas las reglas, pedí un calzado para cocina te cobran 35 € y el mismo producto lo encontrás en temu por 9 €. Me llamo la atención que no llegaba al 4 día les escribo y me contestan diciendo que "algunos" productos vienen de china. Ojalá les caiga el peso de la ley a estos sinvergüenzas.

Ho pagato 10€ per delle solette al gel per le scarpe, dieci giorni fa. Non è arrivato niente… devo preoccuparmi? Dal sito c’è scritto che arriveranno dalla Cina!! P.S. Sono arrivate alla fine!!

STAY AWAY SCAM COMPANY , I still haven’t received my item or a refund for the item …I ordered end of October … it’s didn’t get delivered … so called proof of delivery was a package pictured in someone’s car !!! I sent so many messages to there so called customer service but they just don’t listen . I don’t know how they can treat people and there hard earned money this way … just refund me it’s that simple .
