Ortho Wear Arvostelua 

I ordered shoes in July of this year(20260. The last indication with the tracking number was August 13th. There is no way to contact this company except by email. I have sent two or three emails to them with no response. In their info they tout they will respond in 24 hours. No so!

I ORDERED THIS COMPANY 3 SHOES. WHEN I SEE IN REVIEW, I CANCELLED THE ORDER IN 10 HOURS.I SEND SOO MANY MASSAGES AND EMAIL CANCELLED MY ORDER.BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLY ME,IN THERE SIDE THEY MENSTION YOU CANCELLED ORDER IN 12 HOUURS,I CANCELLED IN 12 HOURS.
THEY REPLY ME YOUR ORDER IS DISPATCHED, HOW THEY DISPATCHED THE ORDER IN 12 HOURS FROM CHINA. I SURPRISED,THEY DISPATCHED FROM CHINA IN 10 HOURS.IN THERE ADD IT SHOWING ME AND VIDEO UK BASED COMPANY AND UK ADDRESS.
ALSO SHOES ARE NOT CORRECT SIZE,DIFFERENT SIZES,WHAT SHOES THEY SHOW IN THERE ADD AND VIDEO, THESE SHOES ARE DIFFERENT.
I REQUESTED LOTS OF TIMES AND MASSAGES,I WANT TO RETURNED IT,THEY DIDN'T REPLY ME.
THE I SEND MASSAGE IF YOU DIDN'T REPLY ME I TALK TO MY BANK AND MAKE DISPUTE, THEN THEY REPLY ME,
NOW THEY SAY ME RETURNED TO CHINA AND I PAY FOR RETURNED .
IT IS RUBBISH. IN ADD ADDRESS IS UK BASED COMPANY.
SO EVERYONE BE CAREFUL THIS CHEATER, FRAUD AND SCAMER COMPANY.

After contacting this company at least 4 times by email to request a return and refund what a surprise no contact looking on the reviews on trust pilot they all say the same!
The so called trainers have hard soles not true to size and made of very flimsy material with no support.
This,company is a disgrace ripping people off

Don’t order from this company. The trainers are poor quality so cheaply made. Sizing is very small too a 6 is not a 6! Badly packaged stuffed in the a Jiffy bag! I am now trying to contact for refund with no replies to my email.
AVOID this company!!

How I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my trainers. After a long delay they arrived cramed into a jiffy bag that was too small for them, with no delivery note at all. To add insult to injury, Evri couldnt even throw it hard enough to reach my porch and it just laid on my drive. I ordered a size 6 but these were no way that size. Poor quality too. I emailed the company to ask how to get a return label for a refund and they have ignored me. I see from the reviews that I would have to return them to China in any case and it seems no one has received a full refund. A lesson learned as I was fooled into thinking they would help me with my plantar phasinitis. I would say stay clear of this company.

These shoes suck to big they hurt my feet really bad. I wanted to get a refund but they kept giving me options instead of a refund. To get a refund you have to send the shoes back to Dongguan a foreign country. I wouldn't recommend buying shoes from this company. It's a total scam to me!

My trainers I received today seem to be different from the ones in the picture I ordered..on the tongue of the shoe it says FASHION and different to the ones I ordered...I wish I had read all these other reviews before I bought these, and it was 1st time buying online too..I think these trainers will be going straight in the bin at the cost of nearly £30..Shame

Trainers ordered size 7. Usually wear 6 and a half but thought I'd get 7 to be sure. Couldn't even get my feet in them. No where near the right size. So I emailed them but they want me to send them back to China.( How much would that cost.)
The trainers are not fit for purpose so i would call them faulty. But no joy from customer service. In fact they didnt even reply the 2nd time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER ON JAN OF 2026 & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY $79.95. I HAVE E-MAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIME BUT NO RESPONSE & NO REFUND. I WISH ALL PEOPLE WHO GOT SCAMMED COULD DO SOMETHING TO SHUT THEM DOWN. I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO.

Ordered size 6.5, feel like about an 8! They charge 20% restocking fee and cheapest way to return to China was £22 so I'd end up with £2 refund. Beware!
Oh, and you can buy exact same on Amazon for £15

TOTAL SKAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE ALSO LIARS THEY DO NOT OFFER 100% REFUND. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. MY MOTHER ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY WON'T REPLY TO EMAILS RE RETURN AND REFUND. AGAIN ANOTHER COMPANY POSING AS A UK COMPANY BUT ACTUALLY IN CHINA !!!!!!!

Very poor quality footwear...nothing like what described...just wish I'd seen reviews before ordering...and trying to contact company....says unavailable...total crap..waste of £30

Quality of product is very very poor no support for feet.. uncomfortable and cheap.When asked for refund only 20% given and coupon for 50% off next product to buy more rubbish!. Full refund given if I pay 27 euros to return product .Do not buy product not as advertised

I ordered shoes the beginning of end of January beginning of February and I have not received my shoes yet. Emailed them several times no response and now the tracking number is no longer available. But they have sent emails asking how did the do. Horrible

Please do not use this ortho wear, I ordered 2xpair of shoes beginning of January I haven’t received them yet, I emailed many times same response and the reply very rude. I normally check the reviews but,I didn’t check with this company, when I ordered I originally thought it was uk company, honestly it’s really hard to deal with them please don’t choose this company it is scam.

Total total scam - wish I’d read the reviews before buying.
Absolute no idea they were from China until it took three weeks for delivery. I wouldn’t have even paid £5 for the cheap shoes that cost me £30.
They don’t fit and also so far from being orthopaedic it’s untrue.
You have to return to China at your own cost to even get a refund.
I’m normally so careful when I buy things, but literally I have been scammed.

I have never received them after calling still no shoes. I had went thru after pay. They did not nothing as the shoe co but did take the money
