I ordered a vest for my husband (which he has not taken off since Christmas, he loves it) and gloves for my son. The gloves were too small so I had to exchange them. Neva in customer service was wonderful. The new gloves are arriving on Friday! We will be ordering more

I've owned a number of Ororo products now and always loved them, I've sent countless friends in this direction as well and everyone's been happy. I just recently experienced customer service to replace a vest that quite working within 2 years, and have nothing but great things to say about that experience as well!
Heated vest
We purchased a heated vest and misunderstood the universal charging block. Upon research we realize that it called for a specific charging block to expedite charging and not use a smaller block that got hot cause it took 10-12 hours to charge the battery.
Contacted customer service and my agent Lavinia was amazing and helped me get the right block and got it shipped to me relatively quickly.
Will definitely be buying more products from Ororo.

Absolutely love the front heated pockets which turned out to be a godsend recently when up on the moors in driving snow, I was kept toasty warm.
Super easy to return the unwanted Gillette, a pleasure to deal with Orono.

Ororo vest stopped functioning and was replaced in 5 days

I purchased an Ororo heated vest 2 months ago in October, and on December 18 it failed to turn on. I called Ororo customer support and spoke to Nicole, who was very helpful and provided immediate assistance with an email with clear instructions on how to document the problem with a few photos and a small video. Then I was contacted by Vinnie and completed the final steps, so that a physical return was not necessary, and that was very much appreciated. I received the new, replacement vest on December 23, fully functional, only 5 days later, and thanked Vinnie and the team at Ororo for outstanding customer service.
