Klein backpack

Had an issue where my product was partially damaged .
Otherwise was absolutely what I needed and perfect .
Contacted customer support they offered 20% refund or total exchange.

Went for the partial refund , was back in my account within like 2 days .

Fast But Costly!

We needed a certain pot light and found it on Orka. It was shipped in a timely fashion and we received it with no fuss. The shipping cost though doubled the cost which was disappointing..
