Vastaus yritykseltä Orka
Hi Don,
That is a great question. Are you maybe sitting on it? :)
We do not sell chairs on Orka.ca so unfortunately you might be mistaking us for another company you ordered a chair from.
If you ever need electrical supplies or tools though, we can help you! Visit us at orka.ca ;)
Fast delivery and a good product.

Their website said 2 day shipping but nothing shipped after two weeks
I ordered product from their website that showed as in stock. I emailed 8 days later asking for an ETA and received a response that there were supply issues that would be resolved in by the following day. Three days later I phoned and was told they didn’t have any idea when the product would be available. I cancelled my order.

Not Express Shipping
Parts were fine, but ordered Friday afternoon, paid extra for 2-day express shipping, and received the package on Wednesday. Express couriers run all weekend, but I should have read the fine print.

Process to order is easy and straightforward, prices are competitive especially when comparing to big box stores and delivery is quicker than most, it is comparable to amazon prime's 2 day shipping.

Use a shipping company other than…
Use a shipping company other than Purolator. I was not available to receive shipment at their first attempt and had to travel one hour(each way) to get my shipment(otherwise they threatened to send it back) thus almost tripling the cost of this item.....and not having the item when I had planned for it
