Have still not received my order not happy

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, oh my goodness what an awful company!!! Awful customer service and unreliable company. Avoid at all costs

Don’t buy from this company. I have been waiting for my order now for 3 weeks. Keep fobbing me off with saying there is an issue with their courier service. Getting the dress I ordered is looking like a very slim chance and will I even get my refund for it! Don’t order from this website

You are advising me that I hope o have had time to wear my garment, I was meant to receive this on the 4th May it is Wednesday evening the 13th May and I still have not received my order.

I have emailed on various occasions and I cannot get an updated delivery date

Shocking - order on 19th April to get my order today!!! 13th May for a birthday gift. Not what was ordered, claimed to be cult couture which they have stolen a pic from, says fleeced liked but it's just a cheap jumper that is worth peanuts in comparison to the £38 I spent. I am reporting to trading standards as this is not on, falsely selling knock offs and not even good ones. About to call my bank to process fraud charges also as they don't seem to respond. Stay away from this company please it's not fair.

I have laughably been asked to review the item that I am yet to receive. There is no update on tracking and I was sent a fob off email saying they have experienced a delay but not when to expect. Really disappointed and will not order again even if the item turns up and is ok.

Once again another website who claims they’re based in the neverlands and are actually shipping from china. I ordered on the 6th of may and it’s been sitting on “label created” since then. As I need this item for a wedding I asked for a full refund and cancellation as it hasn’t been shipped or anything yet and they are lying saying that my item has already been shipped. Terrible service and long email reply aswell. Avoid.

Drop ship company located in China, NOT the UK! Ordered in April, still not received my order and there's no tracking!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Absolutely terrible, ive still not received my suit which i ordered a month ago ive been in touch twice ,and there blaming shipping and evire second time contacting them asked for my money refunded, in which they completely ignored 🙁 I will be given them another week.

Genuinely awful, didn’t send out my dresses for ages and then told me one was out of stock when it had supposedly already been shipped, disgusting company and bad customer service. Don’t buy. Also refunded me for said out of stock dress but not the full amount. Never ever buy I still haven’t received my order and I ordered on the 22nd April. Also not advertised anywhere that it’s from f****** china.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shirt I ordered was not as advertised. Xl was about the size of a medium. See through and not stretchy as advertised. Ended up with a 25% refund as wasn’t willing to pay the postage to send back. Genuinely awful product. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Nowhere did it say it was coming from china. And original delivery date was just after I bought it. Would not recommend

Terrible. Still haven’t received my items. Everly time I email asking for a refund as the events passed I’m fobbed off with it’s on its way problem with courier. I just want my money back at this point.

Taken 3 weeks so far to receive item. Emailed to asked for a refund and they will not give one as they say it’s in transit which is not true. Do not order from these .

Have been asked how I am enjoying the item. I’ll tell you when I actually receive it. No communication, no dispatch email nothing. Not impressed
