Do not touch this company! I was looking for a nail fungus pen and this came up as one of the best (I wish I'd read up on customer reviews beforehand). I only ordered one pen and there was no final page on the website to check your order, you're taken through and suddenly you've ordered 6 pens! and I'm over £60 lighter! This was a Sunday night and I emailed them back within minutes and they were quick to respond and they kept offering discounts to get me to keep them (why would I need 6 pens if their product was so good?!). They said it would be easier to amend the order rather than cancel everything (again trying everything to get me to keep them), then suddenly, the product had already been shipped and it was too late to cancel, total BS. I was so livid I asked for a full refund and despite the product looking like it has come from a distributor in the UK I had to send the pens back to the USA, when I mentioned that they cover postage they were strangely silent. To send them back cost me £25!!!!!
Total fraudsters, avoid at all cost.

Wie viele andere habe ich das Angebit für 3 Sticks zu je 9,99 Euro angenommen. Bei Paypal wurden jedoch 45 Euro abgebucht und zugleich wurdd mir ein Abo untergeschoben. Ich habe sofort storniert und die gleichen verlogenen Antworten bekommen, weshalb dies nicht mehr möglich ist. Das Abo habe ich durch Zufall entdeckt und sofort gekündigt. Bei Paypal einen Fall wegen Betruges und irreführender Vertriebspraktiken eröffnet, die in der EU verboten sind! Der Verkäufer bekam Recht und auch ein Widerruf wurde von Paypal abgelehnt. Deshalb: FINGER WEG VON DIESER UNSERIÖSEN ASIATISCHEN FIRMA UND PAYPAL !!!

Absolute scam -I don't know how this dreadful firm is still in busines. I ordered one Orivelle pen at £11.99 then to my horror was billed for six pens at £53.99. I immediately emailed only to be told that the order had gone through ( familiar story!!)but I could return them for a refund when they arrived. After reading other reviews I can see that this is unlikely to happen so will sadly write off £53.99. I am on a pension so this is a lot of money to lose. Why would I need 6 pens anyway? I will quote from one of the Emails from 'Lukas'
"Sometimes addition bundles can be added without realising - this happens more than you'd think" No I wouldn't!! I am very shaken by the whole dishonest dealings of this firm.

I have reviewed this company and they said they would refund me but haven't I just would like to bring attention of others all the reviews from the GB are bad and all the reviews from the US are good I think it tells it's own story, very dodgy.

I have the same sorry story as others on here. The sad thing is that I found the product effective but I won’t be buying anymore. The first time I ordered I clicked the 6 pens for £27.99. However £53 was taken as soon as I clicked. I didn’t even have the option to add to cart. The second time it was 6 pens for £32.99 and they took £73!! How can they get away with that? They are total shysters and I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole.

if there were negative scores this scammer would receive -10...just received advice that an un-authorised repeat order is on the way...having advised it was not authorised or required these clowns proceeded to confirm it's shipped anyway...more for the bin...product is less than useless, application device is pretty but less than useless,..recovery action taken for full order...my is advice be wary of this scam

Was charged a lot more than expected. Ordered on the Australian site and then was charged in USD- only realised when I looked at my bank account!
After the order they kept on sending me high pressure emails to buy more- I hadn’t even received my product yet.
Can’t comment on the effectiveness. Getting 2 stars just because it did actually arrive

One star because it is easy to use.
I have been using this product since 11th January 26 as directed and as of today 3rd April 26 it has NOT worked for me and my nails show no improvement, I consider it to have been a waste of my money. I did not expect it to work as quickly as claimed in the adverts, as nails take several weeks/months to grow, but I did expect some improvement in the time I've been using the product, very disappointed,

They charged my card without authorization, I should have read the reviews. Ill get my money back from the fraud department of my bank. Scam from Hell.

Ordered 3 pens (£28) was charged £41.94 then they took an additional £53.94 so £95 in total.... Contacted them to cancel but after 3 emails it was too late to cancel even tho they initially asked if I wanted to cancel. Total scam company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

So- drawn in by the advertising and endorsements, I placed an order 5 minutes ago highlighting the “buy 2 get one free at £6.99” offer I have been charged £35.97 on my a/c!!! REALLY NOT HAPPY.

Like seemingly everyone else's experience with this shite company, they try to charge you for products you didn't ask for. I purchased 1 pen but when payment page came, it said I had ordered 3 pens for approx NZ$60. I emailed immediately and was told product was already despatched (sound familiar?)! I then informed them I would be reporting them to the US Dept of Commerce and the equivalent NZ authority. They came back with an offer to repay half the cost paid. Shows how this despicable outfit works, when with a threat, they pay up. They obviously know they operate in a dodgy manner!! The jury is out on how effective, or not, the product is. AVOID at all cost!!

Don’t touch this utter rubbish ! I was conned out of £100 by just clicking on the website to see what reviews etc . I immediately contacted the company within5 minutes of them confirming a so say order not only did they refuse to cancel they doubled the so called order . Total con avoid at all costs . Don’t open their site !!!

Purchased product 1 tube for $17.95 than there website starts bringing up more products to by you think your done than you try to close out than it ads all item's to buy. I got hit with a charge to my credit card for $100.60 tried backing out no way. Have gotten no follow up tracking number no email or text. All I got was a charge. I don't if getting or not. Very poor way to do business

Horrendous! SCAM !
I placed an order for 3 pens which arrived . I've been using the first one for about a month with no improvement.
This weekend I have had an email saying my shipment is on hold with a link to click .
I didn't place a reoccurring order , I have no order number when I queried it I was told to click a link to cancel . The link doesn't recognise the order and says there isn't one .
2 days of emailing and I can't get anyone to cancel this fake order or show me proof of it . I suspect the link is a SCAM to reorder even if you do t want to .

For all the positive rating on the website the product I received does not work .
DO NOT waste your money or time .

How can a company put an order through without giving the customer a total before paying. They've got your credit card details then charge what they like. One email from them said the price you pay comes up at checkout that's a lie there was no total given it just went through before I realised it had. The most confusing website 😲.It clearly said 3 pens@£8.99 + 3 free how does that come to £53.94. it should have been £26.97. Then to get an email confirming the order was complete @£53.94. As others have said I tried to cancel straight away only to be told the order had been dispatched...no way. Now I have received the order I'm trying to get return details as I'm a pensioner & can't afford this higher charge. This as others have said is a rip off scam. Will contact my bank after reading other reviews I'm scared that this Orivelle company may try & take more money in future.🤬 JS.
