for my experience oriontools was good and they succesfully launched my token
Ive used Orion Tools several times, never had an issue. I also asked support a question before my first token and they got back to me fast.
I saw a lot of 1 star reviews, which surprised me. But then realized they were made on the same day, probably by the same person.
I'm disgusted that I haven't read the reviews before going through with them. Everyone, please stay away!

Very poor technical and after-sales service. We have spent several days with no one answering. They tell us that something is wrong but that there is no possibility of a refund. A disaster. If the same thing happens to anyone, please help us with a solution.
Errors in the UI, errors in the transaction, lost 0.1 SOL. No such thing but the tool doesn't work.
Scam. I tried to create my token, my SOL is gone and I didn't get anything.

I minted my coins but when I paste the contract address into dextools or birdseye there is no data.
Support has contacted me to help so that is a good thing. We will see how it pans out.
I tried to use their tools and the first tool charged .5 SOL and worked but the second 2 tools didn't. As a result I had to use tools from another site unexpectedly and they did not work properly and the entire project didn't go well. The owner of the site knows that the second two tools aren't working and doesn't let users know the site isn't totally working and that's unfair. I would not have launched the project had I known the oriontools site wasn't working and would have done more research first instead of having to rush to use other unknown tools as a workaround and have this be more expensive and not work well. The owner confirmed in an email he knows the second and third tools don't work, but only after I gave them .5 SOL. I would stay away from this site. It's bad. They should let users know the site isn't completely working and they don't.
