I can’t even give even 1 star because…

I can’t even give even 1 star because I ordered 2 bottle oil and 2 whitening body lotion . Thet only send 2 little body oil not the lotion. I emailed them with the pictures. No one responded. They cheated my money . Please don’t make any orders with them .

Señores la presente es con el fin de solicitar apoyo de parte de usted sobre un producto el cual ustedes me han vendido en varias ocasiones y por motivo de la pandemia COVID 19 se suspendió la compra en estos días reinicie la compra como prueba, pero en estos momentos el producto regreso a su tienda debido a que la dirección de recibo estaba errada

You always make sure that my package is delivered and a nice and timely manner and the only issue I have is with the website is sometimes jump all over the place but other than that I'm I'm very appreciative of the company
