Orclaus Arvostelua 

We stayed here in October and it was the worst experience of our whole Spain trip, maybe even ever.
Summary:
- very dirty flat on arrival (they obviously forgot the cleaning)
- informed the host shortly after agreed check-in time (checkin at 21:30, informed them at 22:00)
- no response form host at all, not even in the morning
- we decide to check out, since there is no answer until 10:45 (office opens at 9:00!)
- suddenly fast answer around 11:00, accusing us of lying, what a ridiculous behavior

My partner wrote everything in detail in another comment a week ago.
They will reply, that we are lying which is a joke. Fact: we informed them about our check-in time and everything in a timely manner to their number which they gave us via booking and which is also listed as their contact number there. You can see in the Screenshots on Google Maps.

I would refrain from booking any accommodation managed by this company.

Personal muy amable, fácil hablar con ellos y muy atentos.

Together with my boyfriend, we had a very poor experience and the apartment was quite dirty. We had to clean the apartment ourselves to make it stayable in a bare minimum state, but the kitchen was unusable because they washed the dishes along with sponge and kitchen towels in the dishwasher. 🤢 The apartment was smelling bad and there were hairs and dirt everywhere - including on the towels and the bed.

We had a late check-in and we informed the host accordingly. When we saw the poor condition of the place, we directly wrote to the host, but they didn’t reply us on the same day. Since we didn’t have any choice but to stay one night due to the late time, we had to clean the apartment with a dirty brush available at the place. Next day, we wanted to check out, because it’s not an appropriate state of a place that you want to spend your vacation in. We communicated these problems to the host respectfully, but we received a horrible customer service. The host blamed us that we placed the dirt and hair in the apartment (sure, I have nothing else to do in my life than placing dirt and hairs in the places I stay 😄). Also, they said that we only wanted one night stay and “this is not allowed”. What a ridiculous thing to say! We wanted to stay 3 nights if they delivered the hygiene promises as they stated many times as “excellent state”. Trust me, it’s not fun at all to look for another place to stay for the rest of 2 nights spontaneously during vacation, because it creates a lot of stress and more planning for no valid reason. Also, they were constantly writing us that we were lying to them. 😃 Main character syndrome, much? We have lives to live, you know, no need for this nonsense. It felt like talking to a kindergarten-aged child. 😅

Then, rightfully, we asked refund for the 2 nights that we won’t stay in their place, but they refused to do so by blaming us to place this dirt and hairs by ourselves to get a one-night stay. They were quite rude and unfriendly. I mean, they can keep the unearned money, this doesn’t affect us financially, but I like to stress it one more time that not one cent of this money is earned in any rightful way.

If you want to have a decent vacation, I’d suggest you to stay away from this host and any of their apartments. Even if this unhygienic situation was an honest mistake, how they handle this situation and how they blame us directly despite proving the situation with the images and videos that we sent them is not honest in any way. I don’t believe that this host is a well-intentioned person.

Last note: We were very excited to have our stay here by looking at the pictures and comments on Booking and Google, but it ended up in a disappointing and disrespectful situation. I don’t know how they get these good comments, but they don’t reflect the reality in our experience. We travel around the world a lot, but this place was the worst in terms of cleanliness and host behavior by so far. Do yourself a favor and seek for a peaceful stay somewhere far away from here.
