REVIEW REPOSTED DUE IT TO BEING REMOVED -
I visited Orbismed in November 2024. I had my own implants and it was arranged and confirmed that they would have the sizes of abutments and tools necessary to make a new bridge. I had crowns on the bottom jaw, my teeth were shaved to a point although I requested that they be shaved into a triangle. My apprehension began during shaving of lower teeth for crowns when the assistant had the suction in the wrong place and I was forced to swallow the remnants of my tooth and water. The lady told me it is okay to swallow this water. On the third tooth, I put my hand up to stop the process. Another assistant in uniform came in and the rest of my teeth were shaved without this unprofessional inconvenience. Another time, having been in the chair for hours, I asked my coordinator why they were drilling continuously on one particular implant and he said that they were making progress although I requested an explanation. He then responded and said ‘’do you ask English dentists questions?’’. I replied ‘’it was not needed as an explanation of the process was always explained’’. An afternoon session involved 2 - 3 hours of drilling and banging on one of my noble care implants. I had to stop the dentist reminding him that I had Osteoporosis bearing in mind I am 75 years old. This implant is now damaged and splintered and has had to since be removed. I have x-rays taken by Orbismed clinic on arriving and departing confirming the implant was in one piece on arriving and damaged on departure of the clinic. I was left with hot and cold sensitivity on the crowns. The upper bridge and two lower quarter bridges crunched and moved upon eating. I was left with an un-functionable mouth. The additional costs of £2500 were unexpected, the cost of the abutments at factory prices which I understood were going to be insignificant.

On my return home I communicated to Orbismed that my mouth was not functionable, the response I got from the co-ordinator was arrogant, aggressive and rude, this broke our communication down. I wrote 2 further emails explaining the situation with no acknowledgement. My un-functionable mouth did not allow me to eat comfortably and all the work that Orbismed did needed to be removed, this was confirmed by two other clinics. On consultation and attendance of another clinic to remove the work, it was discovered the screws to the implants were loose. The bottom crowns which were a block of 6 were ill fitting and had to be redone with singular crowns. It was obvious that this was a botched up procedure. This involved paying twice and the removal of all the faulty work carried out by Orbismed.

UPDATE 25/06/2025 ORBISMED CLINIC ANTALYA:
In response to your reply to my review, which I categorically state contains false information. At no point was I offered aftercare at a UK clinic.

You also failed to respond to my communications, including:

- A WhatsApp message sent on 15th JANUARY 2025.

- A detailed letter and photographs sent via email to Orbismed Clinics Antalya, and the Head of Department on 30th JANUARY 2025 highlighting metal exposure in all three prostheses on both upper and lower jaws.

Additionally, the issue of extreme HOT AND COLD SENSITIVITY in the 6-unit bridge (1 unit 6-tooth) was not acknowledged or addressed by your team.

Most seriously, your treatment also resulted in a fractured Nobel Care implant during the procedure of continual 3 hour drilling and hammering by 3 different dentists.

Due to your lack of response and refusal to engage with the legitimate concerns I raised, I was left with no choice but to seek corrective treatment from an alternative clinic.
This clinic:

- Removed all three prostheses and replaced them with no metal or gaps showing correcting the CRUNCHING AND INSTABILITY.

- Replaced the problematic 6-unit bridge with INDIVIDUAL CROWNS, resolving the hot and cold sensitivity.

This corrective work has cost an additional £5,500. I now finally have a stable and comfortable prostheses with a functionable mouth, and no sensitivity issues.

Given the circumstances and the substandard quality of the original treatment, failure to respond to multiple attempts of contact.
The financial burden I’ve incurred. I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid for the replaced treatment.

UPDATE 11/09/2025 ORBISMED CLINIC ANTALYA:
To clarify, I did not have individual crowns on my lower six teeth, as claimed. OrbisMed over-shaved my natural teeth and placed a single six-unit crown block.

Therefore, the claim that they "replaced what was already there" is entirely false and fabricated. Their explanation about implant positioning is also totally invalid, as there are no implants in this area as they are my own teeth.

I had a great experience at Orbismed. The staff were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, and the dentists and surgeons were very friendly and professional.

I had dental implants and crown fittings done, and the procedures were almost painless, which really surprised me. I felt safe and well looked after throughout the entire process.

They even went above and beyond by offering my husband a free dental cleaning, which was such a kind gesture. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Three years ago I was a client of Orbismed, they did my whole mouth, 28 crowns and bridges.....I can truthfully say that it changed my life, giving me the confidence to actually smile properly again. I was a very happy customer and have been an advocate of coming to Turkey for dental work instead of the ridiculously priced UK alternative.

A few weeks ago I noticed that there was a small crack in one of my crowns, the anchor part of a three tooth bridge. I cautiously contacted Orbismed hoping that the guarantee that I was told about would be honoured. I realise that the crown could crack wherever I had it done so I wasn't annoyed about it. Their reaction? FIRST CLASS!!! immediately I was offered a repair free of charge, all I had to do was get to Antalya, come at any time I was told. Well, even walking through the door of a UK dentist costs more than the flight to Turkey so I booked to go there within a couple of weeks.

In three days my old bridge was removed, all scans and x-rays done, and the replacement three tooth bridge was made and fitted. I was warmly welcomed from every member of staff, no begrudging attitude (this work was all free after all) , it was as if I was an old friend. What more can you ask for? Great people, a company that keeps it's word and a quality product.

All crowns can break, anyone who says they won't is not being honest. It's what they do about it that matters. You can trust the people at Orbismed to give you a perfect smile.....and back it up with a rock solid guarantee. I even got a polish to finish the work off.

So much nonsense is written and said about going from the UK to Turkey for dental work... horror stories. But you can find terrible stories of UK dentists if you look for them too. The key is to research where to go in Turkey, look for a top reputation, it's too important to trust to luck or look for the cheapest option.... Answer? Orbismed Antalya !!!!!

Absolutely fantastic clinic. Very clean and professional all the staff are brilliant and so lovely they put you right at ease. Your trip is also made stress free with transfers to and from the clinic. Nothing is too much for them. I would definitely recommend Orbismed to anyone looking to get any dental work done. From the first contact I had with Orbismed, to the finished product, I cannot praise the company enough. I spent a good month on WhatsApp, and no enquiry was a problem. (And I probably asked some stupid questions). Always polite, always professional, I don’t think I could have received better treatment in the UK.

l attended the clinic with my husband who was getting implants. Whilst I was here I asked about some areas I was self conscious about. Without any hassle they x-rayed me and I had a chat on how they could help. I had 1 implant for a missing tooth and a bridge with crowns on another area. I also asked for some other crowns to protect and improve the appearance. lam delighted with the results. It's is very natural and I now feel really confident smiling. The dentists and surgeons are excellent. They take time to listen and will fix anything you are not sure about. I had a slight rough feeling on a tooth and it was sorted no issues. The implant was what I was most worried about. It was painless during and afterwards. My experience has been really positive, supporting my husband and first hand.
The rooms are thoroughly cleaned between patients and the whole clinic is spotless. You will be allocated a patient coordinator who translates everything but more importantly looks after you from the minute you arrive. We had Bahar and Sudenaz, they were the sweetest and such a great support. One thing to consider if you are a couple you may not get appointments at the same time so there can be a wait in between due to dentist's schedules.
This is the only area I could say could be improved to try and lessen the time between.
Overall it's been a good experience, extremely professional and stress free. I would highly recommend OrbisMed, actually I have and my son and daughter are planning a visit.

I have heard of Orbismed Clinics from a friend, and decided to go for my first visit in February!
I had 10 implants in total, 6 for uper jaw and 4 for lower jaw, plus some bone graft! No pain and no complications, they gave me temporary teeth and in July I went for my second visit where they put 24 zirconium crowns!
Everything was professionally done and I am very happy with the results!

Outstanding in every way. All staff are so friendly and everything was explained very well. Clinic is super clean and the VIP transfers are out of this world. There was no hidden costs involved. My wife had a problem with her dental plate (from England) which broke. We contacted the clinic and within 15 minutes there was a VIP car waiting at our hotel to collect us and fix it before we came home. I can recommended this clinic as excellent in everyway. Thank you. The clinic was amazing from the first day I got in contact with them they have exceeded my expectations i could only dream of a smile that I have now and they have give me confidence they keep you up to date with everything from the pickup from the airport to the pickup to the clinic when your appointment is they are never late and don’t leave you hanging around all day you get your time and they do all the rest you have your own personal coordinator with you at all times so no language barriers and they inform you every single step of the treatment they are the most welcome friendly people to have around you when your feeling nervous but they reassure you the staff are amazing from. The reception to the xray team the coordinators to the dentist they all make you feel welcome and a very special thankyou to the manager miss Gulcin she is so helpful always answer her phone if you a a question completely go above and beyond her job to make sure you have stress free experience why you are there and at home if you have a question she will get it done she has patience of a saint and even gets back to you on her day off she has great knowledge and has been so helpful with information for my wife of other treatments

The clinic, the people, the treatment was all too notch.! I felt comfortable and informed through every stage of my treatment. And the end results are amazing would highly recommend.

From being collected at the airport to being dropped off at the airport
The whole experience was totally professional. Sue, Bahar and the girls looked after me and kept me informed each day of the procedure coming up. Mine was a different procedure than expected due to my diabetes and the issues that causes. However all was explained and I made the decision to continue. I ended up having a six on six full mouth extraction. The only pain I experienced really was a jaw ache from having to have my mouth open for a couple of hours. The beautiful dentist had to keep saying "open, open more". I now have to eat mush, soups etc until I can go back and have permanents fitted.
Do I regret it? No way.
Obismeds are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life. I personally chose them because they explained to me the costs and the whole procedure. They were always available should I had any questions along the way.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. We were in the room nearest the reception and nearest the street so a bit noisy at times with people banging about and motorcycles revving up outside. The room had a nice big comfortable bed but the shower/toilet was small. The staff however were really good and would go out of their way to help. The breakfast was a cold buffet type with lots of things to choose from and a lovely pool to relax by.
My overall experience of Obismeds is one of professionalism. The surgery was clean and modern and the staff simply adorable.
If you are considering getting a "Hollywood Smile" then look no further than these guys. Simply the best and I am looking forward to going back later in the year to complete the process. One thing I would suggest before going out for treatment is that if you suffer from diabetes and have high blood sugar levels to make it known to them as it changes everything from what you may be expecting.

They’re an absolutely wonderful and supportive team. Initially we were so nervous about going abroad and getting teeth done out there, but they honestly made everything so easy. They were very welcoming and explained as much as they could via WhatsApp and then once we got there kept us updated with any changes. You are their priority, if there is something not right they will aim for perfection. Very professional and clean practice and they were so helpful with everything. I highly recommend them I have advised friends and family to contact them if they have any concerns about their teeth. Honestly I have been very impressed with the service. Definitely a happy client.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the lengthy review but I would like to give the experience justice.
Orbismed was initially recommended to me by a friend who had treatment approximately 12 months earlier so I had some idea of the procedures.
My first treatment was in January 2025. I booked flights which were relatively cheap, collected from Antalaya airport in a plush taxi and taken straight to the hotel, The Grand Park Lara. A wonderful experience, over the next few days I was conveyed to the dental surgery by the every efficient taxi service. There are no hassles getting to and from the dental surgery. I had my teeth removed under GA which I would recommend and the implants fitted. I got a big mouth so I had to have six fitted and temporary teeth fitted. They looked good and they were rock solid. They lasted four months with absolutely no problems. A VERY important feature is the translation service provided which acts as a liaison between yourself and the dentist. There is no confusion between the patient and the dentist.
When I retuned in June which is in the height of the tourist season I was placed in the Elegance East Hotel which is all part of the package. I stayed for six night and received regular check ups until my implant teeth were fitted. They were excellent, they look really good. They are rock solid enabling you to eat properly and close properly. The dentist was absolutely fantastic, you won't get better.
I would like like to say Orbismed had three translator/liaison staff. Bahar was efficient, charming professional, a credit to the company. There was Suda, I apologise if I have her name wrong. That's down to me, she was young , beautiful strident and full of purpose. She was just lovely and fun to have a conversation with. Then lastly, there was Beyza, my favourite. She was intelligent , kind and just great to talk to. These three members of staff made the whole experience professional, safe and problem free. The problem free part is very important. They are so good at what they do.
If anyone is considering having implants, don't go anywhere else. You may get a cheaper offer but do you really want someone removing your teeth and then for it all to go wrong.
I have no complaints and that is the biggest recommendation I can give.

From start to finish it was a great and easy experience, especially since I was extremely anxious and apprehensive. Baher, West and the whole team were so patient and understanding and quickly put me at ease. The practice was very modern, professional and clean. If you're considering this team I would definitely recommend you reach out them.

All the staff are exeptional . I had 27 extractions a sinus lift and all on 6 done on both jaws . The experience was so much better than I could ever have expected and the after care . I had temporary teeth which are better than my original, so can’t wait for the real ones in a few months . Thanks to Gulcin , Sudanez and Bahar. Also I have to give a special mention to Enes the transfer from airport and to every clinic airport. I have never met such a nice genuinely kind man . His car is amazing ! WiFi online a tv and Ice cold water bottles . Enes also took us to Lara beach one day when my clinic appointments were over and on the way home stopped off for us to see Duden waterfalls ❤️❤️. This clinic has the best team, I came to ORBISMED has I had a really bad teeth from years of neglect and I could not get a dentist in the uk, a friend recommended ORBISMED to me and from the moment I spoke to them they have been great, I had all my teeth done at an affordable price and I’m so happy with them I can’t stop smiling it’s given me the confidence I’ve been lacking for so long, the staff have been amazing and 6 months later they are still checking up on me and if I need to speak to them they are always there, my niece, nephew, brother, uncles, cousin and aunty have all had their teeth done here to, we all very happy. The transfers from airport to hotel and back and forth the clinic was amazing couldn’t ask for a better service, the hotel they put us up in was awesome.
