It is a rip off and it does not work at all. Additionally their customer assistance is literally a joke. I tried twice to cancel it and they tell me it is cancelled but I should mark my cc as lost to avoid that their system charges me again by default. ARE WE SERIOUS HERE?! My daughter also shared with me that it was nicely done and of good quality. I know that it will be a part of their Christmas celebration for the years ahead and when I’m not able to be there for the holiday in their heats and on the tree, I will be.
