Good service delivered efficiently
I was contacted very quickly by a lovely lady named Rebecca. She spent a few minutes with me going over what I was looking for and explaining the various different policies that she would be exploring for me. She was honest and open about how my pre-existing med history may affect premiums and cover and she then went away and came back with suggestions for me to consider. The whole process was smooth, I was kept informed and I felt that Rebecca understood and took into account everything I had told her. I therefore purchased a policy.

I was on the phone with Rebecca Brittian who was lovely and amazing to speak with, looking for life insurance with critical illness policy. The whole conversation took 1hr but felt like 10min.
