Easy to setup and efficient to use
Fast and simple to setup. Not a huge number of shops to choose from, but enough that you’ll find something to spend it on without too much issue. Also nice that you can apportion specific amounts to specific shops

Hi Neeraj, thank you for flagging this and sorry for the frustration.
Adding a card to Apple Wallet is a supported feature, so something's gone wrong on this occasion. Our team hasn't received an email from you, so it may have gone to the wrong address. Please send your details to Support@optionscard.ie or call us on +353 1 575 9732, and we'll sort this out for you directly!
We want your €500 available and working as it should.

The customer service is brilliant
The customer service is brilliant, Both Jonathan and Craig were so helpful as I was having issues with uploading the cards that I was purchasing and also with activating them. The guys were so patient with me and so professional to deal with. Thanks so much to them both for their help.

The 25cent charge for every time you…
The 25cent charge for every time you use the Hollr mastercard is frustrating and expensive. First time I went to use the card it would nto go through as was tyring to use the entire card value. I had to go away and read the very fine print to discover it did not actually have the full card value.
Also I had emailed the customer services department initially when i got the card, got an acknowledgement that they would respond within 2 working days. 2 weeks later still not reply. So no they are not to be trusted. Their word means nothing.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.
We're sorry to hear the Hollr card didn't work as expected on your first use. The 25c transaction fee is outlined at the redemption stage, All prepaid Mastercards carry fees. Unlike banks, which bury charges in end-of-year statements, we list ours upfront. If you'd prefer a fee-free option, our digital gift card brands carry no charges from activation through to spend.
On the customer service delay, two weeks without a reply is not the standard we hold ourselves to and we apologise. Please contact us at support@optionscard.ie and we'll get this sorted.
