Vi har nu haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde sammen med OptimaOne i snart 1 år.

Leder man efter et bare unge innovative gutter, der virkelig kan sit kram indenfor online markedsføring, så skal man gå med OptimaOne.

Rigtig god rotation i annoncerne, nye ideér, nyt content konstant, virkelig en god oplevelse. Vi kan stærkt anbefale OptimaOne.

Working with a lot of agencies in various businesses over the last 10 years, I can with confident say OptimeOne is the best one I have come across. Jacob and the Magnuses are active, communicative and honest. We have been working together since the start of the year, and numbers are constantly getting better.

DO NOT mistake Optimaone in the ocean of overpromising ad agencies! These guys are on hands and deliver real results!

Soulliving.no started using OptimaOne in October 2023, a good dialouge and onboarding was our experience in the beginning.

After setting up, OptimaOne needed more tools, and a new system was integrated (This was not mentioned during contract signing or initial talks and an extra cost).

Following this we had had agreed to try out ads through Meta, and they did an okay job with Meta ads, which sadly just ended up in spending money and did not yield any results after 4-5months.

With Google ADS OptimaOne has a basic understanding, nothing spectacular og groundbreaking, with the expected knowledge you can expect from a cheaper service. Sadly OptimaOne ignored our wishes completley and changed ROAS way below our pain margin, and kept doing this even after beeing told clearly during onboarding where our levels needed to be, otherwise it would make no sense running ads - even after poitning out this several times during the following months this kept on happening.

All in all the amount of work they have put in for the price I feel decieved and dissapointed, personally as a marketer myself that has worked in the field for 15 years I can confidently say that OptimaOne needs way more experience and understanding before taking over an active account.

I will not recommend OptimaOne with good consience, especially when it comes to Google ADS. They have potential, but really need to listen and take notes during onboarding what the client wants and needs - not only try to boost numbers so their invoice looks nice (that`s what it felt like)

Total experience? Wasted 6500+ Euros on a service that only decreased our revenue, increased our adspend significantly. This cost mentioned is only for their services, with an increase adspend that would probably double the sum in total.

And after taking over the work ourself we have with minor adjustments managed to get the adspend stable and increased sales.

It has been a great experience to work with the Optima guys. They are very flexible and innovative with their strategies that have given good results. Their communication is clear and very responsive. Very good reporting of results as well.
