Customer service
Initially there was a problem with my order. But they discovered what had happened & put it right. They also went above & beyond good customer service to apologise.
I have used Optibac when travelling to quite intrepid places & it always worked for me. Currently I'm using it because I've had 2 courses of antibiotics & it has worked very quickly.

Most effective probiotic I've ever tried!
I find the service direct from Optibac very good. They keep me up to date with my delivery schedule and offer rewards for loyalty. As for the product itself, it's helped with my gut health tremendously. Since going through menopause and after an operation last year, something had gone off balance with my gut. I was getting quite worried about it, but decided to give Optibac a go, to see if it could put me back on track. I didn't expect much, because I've used probiotics in the past and didn't feel much benefit from them. However, this product has worked brilliantly and I will continue to use them daily.

A simple product that does the job
The capsules are easy to swallow. The dark glass bottle offers a good protection for the product with the added bonus of a desiccant insert to prevent moisture on the contents.
