Essential in supporting family's gut health and immunity
I've been getting Optibac Every Day for hubby and our teenage son and For Women for me on subscription for a while now and can really see the benefit in the family's overall health. Healthier bowel movements and better digestion as well as improved immunity, and extremely helpful for me as a woman in optimising vaginal health, especially in peri-menopause. You get loyalty discounts as a subscriber and delivery is always very reliable. Managing the subscription is straightforward too. Another great product is the range For Those on Antibiotics, which also makes a huge difference when a course of antibiotics needs to be taken. I've recommended it to my parents who are in their seventies and they also feel that they're benefiting from it.
One other helpful thing is that you can open the capsules and pour the powder in milk with your cereal, or in our son's case, in his chocolate drink every morning, as he isn't able to swallow the capsules.

Terrible admin
The product itself is probably good, although how you assess that, Im not sure.
Customer Service on the other hand, is extremely poor. I started a subscription back in May. Every month, I've had to contact them and ask them to send it as it never arrives.
I'll give them one last chance and if they cant get their act together, I will go elsewhere.

Useful savings on subscription
I use Optibac once a day because I have to take a daily antibiotic and I have Crohn’s disease. I feel that the probiotic helps to keep my symptoms in remission and I am glad of the price reduction gained by being on subscription. Win-win really.

No difference whatsoever
Waste of money, the Every Day EXTRA probiotics did not help any of my symptoms, in fact made them worse. Customer service also couldn’t care less and said ‘we can make no guarantees regarding their efficacy’ and told me to contact the retailer. It is your product so you should take responsibility for it. Anyway I have gone back to my original probiotics which are great. Will not be recommending Optibac to anyone.
Also, just to add I did complete 3 months taking the probiotics and saw absolutely no difference at all.
Update: the below useless response is just copied and pasted from the same email they sent me back in June!

I have my probiotics on a subscription basis. I am notified when they are despatched and receive via Royal Mail seamlessly.
The service is first class.
More importantly the product is beneficial. Helps to build a stronger immune system and for my partner no symptons from bloating which he had before starting the course.
I would highly recommend probiotics as an aid to improved health.
