Dear Miss Powell,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As I explained in my email reply to you this morning when I cancelled your subscription, we are unable to set up a subscription for our customers.
When you purchased our Travel Abroad in July, you chose the subscription option, potentially because this offered a discount.
With kindness,
Louise, Nutrition Team

It’s fantastic that you can have a free…
It’s fantastic that you can have a free telephone consultation with a qualified nutritionist. I had first consulted my NHS IBS clinic for advice (being a patient there), because the world of probiotics is such a minefield. The IBS clinic was totally disinterested and fobbed me off. Louise at Optibac was attentive to my requirements and concerns. She gave me a personal care plan. She also offered me to book another chat in a few weeks’ time to check on how I am getting on with her recommendations. That’s the kind of proper service I want from a probiotics company. Thank you.

Dear Na Young Sohn,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that unexpected price changes can be frustrating. Like many businesses, we continue to experience increasing costs, but we have tried to minimise the impact of price increases, whilst continuing to protect the quality and science that sit at the heart of the Optibac brand.
The good news is that with a subscription, you benefit from a 25% discount from your third order.
