These were recommended to me from a friend because I was in a great deal of pain due to bloating in my stomach. I could not eat lots of foods particularly vegetables without getting the pain and trapped wind. I have took them for just over a month and the difference is amazing. I have just returned from a holiday where I managed to eat, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli without having the symptoms I did previously. The service was good and I have subscribed which brings the cost down. I’m really happy with this product!

Healthy Gut without financial stress
I have a repeat order and get kept informed of when it is due to be delivered. Optibac for Women is excellent for me and have not had a UTI in over 3 years were as before taking it I had recurring trouble, having to receive antibiotic prescriptions on numerous occasions.
I am also told when my direct debit will be taken which I find very helpful in these periods of austerity.

I had previously given a one star…
I had previously given a one star review to Optibac because of an over supply of their product. That activated an excellent immediate response from their customer service, which included an acknowledgement of a system error, reimbursement, and flexibility about the timing of the next delivery. It was a model of how to reply personally and carefully to a complaint.
