Poor Support, Doesn't Care
A bug on their website prevents would-be customers from ordering their products. I reached out to support and eventually received a response...suggesting that I just order from their Amazon store. I rejected the suggestion that I support a company as terrible as Amazon and insisted they fix their website instead. After days of being ignored and more emails, they informed me the bug in their website was reported and fixed. After verifying, I informed them that nothing had changed and I was still unable to complete the order on their website. They never responded.
