Twice now, I canceled my subscription and received written confirmation that it was canceled, yet I was charged again afterward. This should not happen and required extra time to resolve. Very disappointing experience—monitor your billing carefully if you cancel.

I tried out their products by suggestion of a friend, and when I went to purchase I distinctly recall being offered a subscription, but declining it to pay the "one-time purchase" price. To my dismay, I was charged tonight for another order of two bottles and signed up for a subscription I know I did not allow. To make matters worse, I tried to go into my account to cancel, and not only do they make it difficult to find the log in, and subscription management, but they make the "cancel subscription" hardest to find on their site. From there, they try to talk you out of it by throwing so many other options, like delaying orders or skipping them, to a 50% off discount. I got past all of that and hit "cancel my subscription" and the status wheel just keeps spinning. So, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I use my phone and go through the same annoying process, and guess what, that just keeps spinning too. It's evident they are doing whatever they can to keep taking your money without permission. I bet they will say the website was down, if they ever do respond. I sent an email requesting cancellation as well, so we'll see how that goes. As for their products, I have only been using it for a month and can't form a strong opinion, but I can say their business practice is shady. Who would want to continue using products from a shady business.
