I had signed up & completed many surveys, probably around 30. However, when I wanted to claim my rewards, I was then informed that my account had been permanently suspended. The reason I was given was, that, “You did not pass our verification process”. So, you mean to say, after completing all those surveys, only then I am being informed of this? Why couldn’t they inform me from the beginning? Why allow me to complete all the surveys & only when I decide to claim my rewards, I am being informed of this? This basically can be considered daylight robbery. I have done my job but did not get paid. No further explanation even when I queried. Really disappointing, when people are genuine.

Sometimes I'm annoyed when the surveys I'm taking say that I'm not the targeted group of people

another survey company using this ridiculous veriff wanting personal documents for some rewards you earn on their site getting really fed up with these companies doing this now and have cancelled my account i will not give my documents for a survey site its crazy just glad i didnt have many points on there to lose you survey companies are going to go out of bisuness if you keep doing this people do not want to give such personal documents your not a bank or something even they dont ask for that info

I am using it for one month now. I’m already a gold rank, I am loving it. Already cashed the mastercard card. It is really easy to get the rewards and get points. I have used other surveys website and this one is the best so far. You won’t regret it, but keep in mind that you might get only one survey per day and during the weekends not a lot is available. Usually in the mornings is were most surveys are available.
No scam, really easy to use. And I do recommend 100%. I have nothing to complain about except that I want to do more surveys but that’s not up to them.

OpinionWorld is fine survey site that handles the issue(s) of its participants effectively.The same results in motivation of participants resulting both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Of late Opinion World has started e-mailing accounts with the message "ACT FAST>>>>". Today I got a e-mail message at 08.02 Indian Standard Time and I immediately logged in, but the message I got after logging in was "No surveys available" What sort of a GAME that's being played by Opinion World? That too against a Person who is in the "PLATINUM RANK" BADGE!! Mind you, I have absolutely no complaints as far as REDEEMING is concerned- which is almost REAL TIME. Hope Opinion World would look into this and take corrective action.

I have had a terrible experience with OpinionWorld. After completing the second payout, my account was suspended for no reason. I requested for a valid reason but I was only referred to 'Terms and Conditions'. This is absolutely preposterous. Suspending an account when I reached payout points is a totally unprofessional attitude.

Great survey site, with interesting surveys and great rewards

I had an issue with a survey that, after about an hour of participating, right at the end of it, it suddenly "decided" to bail on me and not pay me the points I rightfully earned. I contacted OpinionWorld, and they took care of the problem quickly and credited me the points. Their customer service was friendly and helpful, and that always makes me feel positive about a company. (So many companies these days either got rid of their customer service department, or have some cold, impersonal, unhelpful thing like a chatbot. So, it's really nice that a company out there still cares about its customers. This makes them stand out and makes me want to continue to participate.) Thank you!

I'm a new arrival at Opinion World.Being retired I due surveys to pass the time and make a few bucks.This has to be one of the easiest site to join and if you are willing to put in the time you can make beer(I mean!) fun money to do as you want.Most importantly to me I verified my self through their site.I didn't have to wake my daughter at 300am to help me fix it!

I made several attempts to redeem points as a cash deposit to my PayPal account, but the link would not go through.

What you did well is allowing to get Amazon gift cards. What you do not do well is I have to log in myself to see if there are any surveys that I can take. It has been almost a year since you have sent me any emails with surveys.
