They never reply to messages
They never reply to messages, and i mean, never. they have wiped out all the money I have built up and then of course,, do not reply to your emails. They are owned by a company called matrix lab, who you can message on facebook.. They have in the past contacted these people. so i am now trying to get them to get my money back ..

I have been writing to collect on money that opinion bar owes me. It was through a bigger website that opinion bar then contacted me directly & it took over an hour to do. I was promised $20 in points back into my website account & yet I haven't heard anything. After finding a direct contact for them, I've written 3 times over the last week & a half...not a peep & I KNOW they are still conducting surveys. I even have a very large company that was also a "middle man" that assisted me in getting in touch with them & they also tried to reach out to them because their name was attached to my survey. That was the only way I found a way to get in touch.
Update...I did finally get a gift card. Didn't want this to go left as is & realized I never did update. They just sent me a gift card of their choice & not the points as promised. Only giving more stars because they gave something.

Opinionbar closed?
Up until today I have been able to use Opinionbar without any problems. BUT today I cannot do any surveys on my phone and when I logged out of my account and tried to log back in it said Access Denied. Not able to email them or find a phone number to contact them. Looks like the money I have earned (£8 unclaimed at the moment) will no longer be available as i suspect the site has gone bust. Very disappointing. Always claim your money when you have enough to claim. Unfortunately I did not have quite enough to make the claim threshold.
