I should of received a Samsung crome book but ended up with a tablet .

The claim process was very easy to understand and the product arrived within the timescales I was told when the claim was approved.

Easy process to claim free Chromebook via Samsung website.

It did take me a long time to claim but once I had sorted how to actually find all the information required, it was easy.
Once submitted I heard more or less straight away that it had been accepted .I was told I would have to wait 90 days to receive the Chrome book but it arrived in a few weeks. Much bigger than I expected ,silver in colour and it works beautifully. Thank you Samsung. I really questioned whether it would come at all. How wrong I was.

They dealt with my claim efficiently and without issue. The only problem I have is the tablet appears to be faulty as it doesn't recognise a simcard& memory cord have been inserted.
