I received the promotional product 2 weeks earlier than the advertised deadline, which was nice. The product is not top notch, but that was to be expected considering its type. Nevertheless, thar is not a problem for me, as I only need the basics.However, it was a struggle to apply for it as it took 10 days to receive the invoice of the original product that I bought. It was ridiculous, infuriating and time-consuming having to explain to persons working in sales the difference between an invoice and terms & condition.

I got a free Chromebook with my deal with the Samsung S24 ultra. I am very pleased about that and I like the Chromebook and I'm using it now. The notifications before the delivery were good and the delivery time very excellent.

Easy to set up and got product

Happy I recieved my item earlier than expected, only negative point was that I had to call up to get my claim confirmed. Once I got through the operator immediately approved the claim as I had all details and necessary documents. So I'm not sure why it was sitting for 2 weeks waiting to be approved.

Good promotion. Got a free Samsung Fit3 smartwatch when I ordered a new phone directly from the Samsung Store online. It said it would take up to 45 days for the watch to be delivered and I think it took about 30 days in the end which was fine. Good communication on delivery which was via the post office. Good tracking of the parcel and delivery options.

The reward was significant, the claim process simple and quick with plenty of progress information, the reward was delivered without further query in less than 4 weeks.

Was easy to upload details of the purchase and a prompt reply was received, within 5 minutes, notifying me that my claim had been accepted. When the item was dispatched I was informed and provided with tracking information which was very helpful. In the interim I was able to go online to check whether the claim had further progressed (before item was dispatched) and this was easy to do.
