I ordered Microsoft Project and Visio. I did not receive any immediate email after the order. Tried to call several times but went to voicemail. Eventually WhatsApp messaged and got a reply. This took two days. However I did then receive everything and all went ok

So, i purchased windows software from Opensmarttech and had some issues in activiating it, most probably because i'm not tech savvy.....however the online support team spent a lot of time with me and rectified my problem. They were very patient and efficient. Refreshingly so if i'm honest in this day and age. Bravo and thanks so much :)

The product is working very well. It took sometime to download - I set it off and had a cup tea, but once downloaded the process was easy to follow. I am very pleased with the MS Office 2019 ***** stars.

I bought a copy of Office 2019. Keenly priced and very prompt delivery . The Product Key was validated by Microsoft on my new W11 desk top without any problems. I had a lot of help over WhatsApp setting up Office on my new device. They know the meaning of customer service

Smooth process and great assistance. I am not the most computer savvy person so I was a bit worried about the set up process. However, they make it really easy for their customers. They offer you step by step support from the moment you purchase the product to completion of installation. They are super quick at responding to whatsapp messages and ask you to send pics of the various screens giving you all the relevant advice. You can also call them so customer support is really good.
