They have a good understanding of the current market and offer fantastic advice whether you transact with them or not. I agreed the sale of 2 properties in August, since then no communication whatsoever from the company nor their solicitor. Also phone calls not returned. Left a vociemail and a message with their receptionist again yesterday and still no response.

After looking into selling my mother's property , the service and advise I received from Chris Lockwood was honest and helpful , I have decided to not take this route at this present time and wait till next spring but would definitely return to open property if things changed
