F grade customer support
F grade customer support, the same as offering no customer support. I placed a $350 order for their frozen food and instead of receiving the 30% discount on my 1st box only received $30 and was told only the meal plans were eligible, what ever they are. No one will ever pick up the phone line offered but you are told to leave a message and they will respond in 24 hours. They direct you to their chat like every other company that won't provide any customer support and my experience with the chat was dismissal due to the virtual assistant never being available. After waiting 3 business days without receiving a tracking # emailed and asked for my order to be cancelled. This company has a lot to learn about customer support because they have none and for a prepared dog food business they are the most expensive I have encountered and offer the lowest first time purchasing discount of a meager $30 dollar first time discount. Most competitors offer 40-60% off. If they want to be the top dog they better add some consistent customer support. Amen, they don't deserve your business.
