Very friendly and informative. Everything was explained fully, did not feel rushed or pressured.

Found the company did not keep me informed. Had to ring several times to get my phone fitted. Phone installer didn't turn up on the agreed day.
When Tom came he was polite and apologetic.

The time and effort these guys took is unmatched by any other company out there, their dedication to the cause in providing customer satisfaction is beyond words. Ben and Luke junior went the extra mile to make sure the installation went smooth, and although they were some gremlins in the works they both pulled -together and fixed the issues. 'OpenFibre' are here to stay and will succeed in this venture to win the top spot!

What a relief to be able to watch TV (ITVX) and videos on You Tube on the computer without the buffering.
The engineers from MS3 did a splendid job providing the network to the house.
We have also had amazing service from OpenFibre providing Ultrafast broadband.
Just one thing we found, make sure the contract is the same as the one from MS3 on first contact.
It’s amazing to be able to talk to a local help desks with issues and get it resolved straight away.
Thanks to Ali and Ben for sorting out our provision order and connecting the home phone to the router. Also to Wifi Luke, he delivered the router the day before the installation with a contact number should things go wrong.

After many many issues with kcom I decided to leave them, lots of people recommend open fibre so I decided to try them out. it was best thing I did…. I’m Now getting faster speed at a much lower price with no buffering, installation was fast it didn’t take long and the fellas was lovely that came. I would highly recommend open fibre to anyone

I will leave my original review below, but I have since withdrawn from the project. The reviews on Trustpilot are pretty mixed on delivery and customer experience. I have consulted those who install fibre optics and they are doubtful that the cables are robust enough to be slung from a telegraph pole, as promised, without detriment to the system. I am unsure if the company has the necessary permissions from local authorities or other companies to install the infrastructure. Too many imponderables at this stage.

We have not had fibre installed yet, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the system, but if the experience of the explanations, helpfulness, and pleasantness leading up to the decision to go for installation, then I am looking forward to that phase. Linus Genter has been round a few times to answer my questions face to face rather than through a generic Customer Services. He has been thoroughly professional and a delight to deal with. There is no hard sell, just sensible explanations.

Really helpful throughout the installation process answering any concerns I had but honestly the process was very quick with minimal disruption. The download speeds now are defo 100% better with no dropouts wish I had used this provider months ago I would happily recommend anyone to change to this company. Massive shout out to WiFi LUKE you made it happy your experience and knowledge is a credit to you. Thanks again

After initial connections issues resolved the problem professionally and promptly. Open Fibre should carry out customer service training for KC. What an absolute difference in support, service and care compared to KC.

Fibre just came to this area and was eager to leave sky broadband, from beginning to end the service has been above and beyond install was quick, prompt and efficient. Had an initial router issue which was sorted the same day, even came out to my house to sort it for me brilliant service, if only more companies were like this. Fibre has recently been installed into my area so was excited to try it out. The price for the package I chose is amazing for how fast the speed is. Ms3 came out as promised to install the wiring and they were very efficient and pleasant. We received the router a few hours later and the engineer set it up for us and that was the whole installation complete. Amazing service from the beginning and answered a few questions I had before installation in a timely manner.

Great communication from pre-sales to post installation. Both Ben and Luke have been great. Ben with his willingness to answer all my pre-sale questions evening going above and beyond to find me answers. Luke was great and kept me informed from pre-install to post. Answered some questions I had even outside of normal office hours.

Overall my experience with Open Fibre has been great and I’d recommend them to anyone. Customer service is great, speeds are exactly as advertised even during peak times.

You truly get your moneys worth.

Everything have been absolutely spot on, the customer service is excellent and the service they provide is equally as good. Everybody who came to the house to install the line and router were friendly, polite and helpful as was Aly who sorted us out from the beginning. We now have a faster service at half the price of our previous suppier and are very happy customers.
