When ordering the shirts there were many choices of cloth and manufacturers

Ooshirts were fast and thorough with my shirts. The graphics were clean an precise. I made a mistake during the editing process. Contacted them by phone and they took care of the edit. I have used their design services for two years. I will continue to go to them. They are reliable, professional and committed to excellence.

I had an emergency order of 3 more T-shirts to add to my original order for my family reunion and ooshirts made it happen. I received the additional t-shirts in time for my trip to Pittsburgh for my family reunion.

This company goes out of its way to really make things difficult on its customers. No tracking of prior orders, no cohesive response to any issues, relying on email and ineptitude. Clearly a failed prospect. The only way they survive is by disguising themselves under a myriad of alternate brand names. It’s like a coalition of fraud. Horrible, horrible, horrible company. I would not use them again if they offered me free items. They are that bad.

I represent a union of about 500 educators. We ordered shirts in December 2022. Communication was very difficult due to the reps having extremely heavy accents. The company called me numerous times at 6 am and 730 am. I explained to them that I can not receive phone calls at work. When order arrived confirmation or packing slip was for another companies order. Filed a complaint in January 2023. But did not have any resolution until we had to fulfill our members request. After numerous email to Mousserat customer service it was clear he was not understanding any of what I was saying, calling was even worse as I could not understand his heavy accent, I asked for management contact. I was sent to the "Escalation" contact. Jose said they could correct one of our concerns which was printing numerous shirts that were not included in the original order. Then he couldn't fill that order even just adding them onto the new order....ummm why not? Then he said we would be credited the amount of the missing shirts. Instead they billed us an extra $157. We still have not gotten that money returned. Our union paid almost $2000 and are still waiting.

Shirts came out great! Their customer service gets back to you in a timely manner with any questions. Prices are very reasonable and love that they give discount to nonprofit organizations

Great experience ordering shirts for nurses week for our unit. Shirts came out great quality, on time and company was a pleasure to deal with.

The customer service was amazing. We had a very large order, and they were very personable to us. They had a small issue in production of the shirts and called to tell us that it would be a little late and to make sure that wouldn't be an issue for us. They arrived two days after they were scheduled to be here. That was still 2 weeks quicker than any other company we looked at. The shirts showed up and the colors were exactly what we wanted. They were bright and the correct color of our logo. The shirts were of a nice quality as well.

I placed an order for nearly 100 shirts online, but they had some design issues that increased the price by less than $100 and they said I would have to submit a new order, so I said do it and invoice me the difference, or else cancel the order & I would consider placing a new order. 2 days later they cancelled the order without any comment. I placed an order with another company that seemed to be more customer friendly.

The customer service at Ooshirts was some of the best I’ve encountered so far when it comes to any online custom apparel companies. They not only kindly brought to my attention an issue with the art I provided, but guided me through what I needed to do to fix the problem and why.
I’d also like to point out that I tried printing my art with a competitor, RushOrderTees prior to them, and they didn’t print my artwork because they claimed it was inappropriate, though, when I asked, they didn’t give any reason or response as to why. Ooshirts accepted my design without hassle or hesitation! The whole process including shipping was very fast for a custom apparel company! And the shirts they are printing on are of good quality too!

Order arrived very fast and when I opened the box, I was thoroughly happy with the quality of the shirts! I'm a repeat customer now, I really appreciate the business!
