Not impressed. Ordered the Koda 2 pizza oven together with a gas pipe and regulator so I could run my gas powered oven from a gas bottle. The unit did not come with a connection that attaches from the gas pipe to the oven. Makes no sense to me. They send you 95 pct of what is needed but they miss 1 part, 1/2" BSP Female Fitting to LPG Fulham Nozzle to 8mm I/D Hose with Washer, which they tell you to buy from Amazon with shipping at 13 euros!!

Sent me a used, dirty and faulty product when I ordered new. Poor customer service in resolving. Not what you expect from paying for supposedly premium product.

Binnen de 24 uur antwoord ontvangen op mijn bericht omtrent de waarborg van mijn precieze weegschaal. Het probleem werd onmiddellijk opgelost. Perfecte en snelle service !

Ik heb de halo pro mixer besteld en deze netjes binnen gekregen. Voordat ik het bestelde heb ik met de klantenservice gechat voor informatie. Ik ben vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen.

Je donne 5 étoiles pour la rapidité et la compréhension rapide du problème que j'ai été amène à avoir avec mon four ooni koda 12 première génération. En effet, la sonde de sécurité lié au thermocouple ma posé beaucoup de problème, ooni assume sa responsabilité et après qu'il m'est demandé d'envoyé mon numéro de série et une vidéo de mon problème, ils ont immédiatement réagis (24h) et m'ont renvoyer un four flambant neuf. Je dois renvoyer mon four évidemment. Quoiqu'il en soit, je suis content du service client, un peu moins que la qualité du four ooni koda 12 première génération.

Ceci est un nouvel avis. Après avoir reçu un nouveau four, il a été remplacé sans aucune discussion suite à un problème de vis... bref sans discussion, sans réelle panne et certainement à dû a un défaut de montage de ma part. bref matériel top, après vente plus qu'au top ... tout bonnement exceptionnel

I don't understand why folks are complaining about buying from Ooni direct. I'm in Australia and I bought several oven accessories from them and they arrived in a timely manner. No problems. Sizeable items as well, cleaning brush for the stone, the Detroit pizza deep dish tray, and large pizza spatula. I purchased on 2nd Jul and everything showed up on the 7th Jul. I think this is a perfectly reasonable time.

Det må I kunne gøre bedre! Modtog en pizzaovn med 4 fejl/defekter. Bule, dybe ridser - mandagsmodel.
Skriver til jer og I tilbyder kun afslag på 15%???

Vi vil ikke have en defekt pizzaovn med mange fejl på.
Simpelthen for dårligt, I sender en pizzaovn med så mange skader på til os kunder. Har I ikke en kvalitetskontrol?
Dårlig oplevelse med Ooni. Kvalitet virker til at være MEGET dårlig.

The slowest delivery I’ve had since 2011. Took shockingly long to receive (ordered direct) wish I went with a 3rd party. pizza oven itself is just ok. Not much more build quality than the cheaper alternatives that I shopped around for. Kinda wish I bought one of those now. Pizzas cook good and gets up to temp as advertised but that would be expected of any wood burning oven. Overall, would not recommend

Excellent customer service when something with the product does not work. I would give Ooni 10 stars if I could!!!!!
They sent me a new pizza oven within a few days after we tried to fix the problem together which did not work. Best customer service I have had ever!!!

KODA 12 does not work. Gas shuts off after a few seconds. Waste of time and money!

I have a Karu 12, and when the stone cracked unexpectedly, they simply sent a replacement.

I live in Denmark and story my oven outside, without cover on, but under a roof. No signs of rust or anything, even after winter.

I have bought (direct) from them a couple of times. Also I have been in a situation where I needed to contact their support.
Very good product, very responsive support and understanding of my problem. I can only give them my best recommendation.

Je rejoins tous les commentaires précédents. Délais non respectés, suivi très évasif. J’ai l’habitude de passer avec le commerçant directement afin de lui éviter d’avoir à payer une commission. Je regrette, un vendeur tiers aurait traité ma commande de manière plus professionnelle. Je rajoute que l’annonce des délais d’expédition est très certainement mensongère et malhonnête.

Absolutely great product but avoid buying direct at all costs. I would be giving 2 stars only for the sake that the oven is brilliant.

I ordered an oven at the start of December as Christmas present. I double checked shipping conditions including where it would be shipped from so I was satisfied that it would arrive comfortably in time for Christmas.

After not getting any updates for a week, I emailed the company. Instead of just being honest and saying that contrary to what the website had indicated, that the unit wasn't actually in stock (so I could source one locally), I was led around in circles and told that the oven would be shipped promptly.

They tried to blame the courier throughout even though it was clear from the tracking that the items just hadn't been shipped.

DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM OONI - They confirmed to me they would ship within 5 days, its gone 3 weeks now and they still havent shipped my order.

I could have bought the same stuff at their local retailer for the same price with delivery within 2-3 days.

Crap customer service aswell.

J'ai commandé un four ooni koda 16 qui a priori est un excellent four.
Par contre pour la livraison et surtout le suivi de livraison alors là il faut oublier.Je vais en être à quatre mois sur une commande toujours pas livrée et payée immédiatement bien sûr (c'est plus facile). Je ne vous parle pas du suivi qui est une catastrophe (aucun interlocuteur français et des mails abusifs qui vous prennent pour un imbécile). Je ne sais toujours pas précisément quand je vais avoir mon four qui vient de chine.C'est une honte de la part de Ooni sur une commande à 499 euros
