A gentleman from damp and mould team called today to access problem from flat above ,not only did he deal with mould on bathroom and kitchen ceilings he repaired damage to kitchen ceiling and wall and repainted both .After accessing bathroom ceiling he reported back repairs depot that more work needs carrying etc asbestos test and needs replastered Best workman iv'e had the pleasure to meet Jimmy Shephard your absolute credit to your profession and Onward Homes are lucky to have you

Work house builder I've ever dealt with. Custome service staff have no 'customer service' skills, didn't think a viewing was necessary, wanted all my details Inc. Financial, work, deposit eligibility, despite passing the affordability checks.

I wanted to view the property, or similar before buying, which you can do with any other house builder! And it was like I was stupid or asking for something out of the ordinary.

I'm glad to say I went elsewhere and the service couldn't be further away from my experience with these. Viewed my new home, also showed my partner and family around, and started the buying process.

I wouldn't recommend buying a new home from these - go elsewhere if you want a good experience!

Have had such a wonderful experience with onward, Lisa has been amazing from start to finish, always putting my mind at rest during the buying process, sat in our new house now and could not be happier, thank you for everything!

I moved in 2020 had nothing but trouble with a nieghbour Eddie banging on windows ect .
My ceiling needed doing they said it needed a lick of paint. Threatened them with solicitors as they fob you off got no money ect . It's over 55s .all there bringing in homeless as its easy as they get housing benefit.
The scheme manager bial muninin isn't qualified as he's not done first aid ect and very good in meeting saying we done this that and the other.
I called h a pathological lier as his boss is there KURRAN butt .he threatened you with a section 21. .
Bial muninin said he was leaving going somewhere else. I wished he stayed there . We had a lad called Paul
We was always in the room the door was always open ect people came doing meals for one. Then we go told bial muninin coming back the door was locked we couldn't get in the room as he locked it and uses our electricity to keep warm. We reported it office don't listen.
The Italian screaming all hours drinking 4 to 6 bottles at 4 in the morning reported to housing association they don't do nothing as they just want money.
The lad 22 smashed his flat up inc doors 🚪 and a cracked window 🪟 housing association don't do nothing. All l get of them is why don't l move. I told them NO I NOT SMASHED MY KITCHEN UP INC DOORS. OR TAKING DRUGS THEN INVITES ALL THE TRAMPS OF THE SHOPPING CENTRE GIVING CIGS TO THEM ALL. The housing said why don't l move. Told them no l got ground floor flat walk in shower and under a LOT OF HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS. I'm staying. I not broke my tenancy.
Flat 16 broke his and flat 21 broke his ..l don't want to hear they got health problems .there self inflicted. I got mine. L got tempted scrocise epilepsesy. Diabetes . Ancytie inc other illness. The housing association said you find another property. I said no
