Got a Artic Air Freedom neck fan for a retirement gift and followed the instructions and it did not work contacted the company Ontel corporation and they tell me I have to have a 7.5 charger which was not included with the fan they are selling how ridiculous is that. When you are selling anything the product should come with everything that makes your product work not having to pay for an extra item to make it work. I’m not saying to not buy it I’m just saying make sure it works b4 u purchase it cause buying and trying to return it will be a problem with in itself not worth the headache 🤕☹️

Veldig fornøyd med produktet og effektiviteten. Bestilte søndag og pakken var sendt allerede mandag kl.10.

Ontel yter en veldig god service med høflighet. Det var en feil med et produkt men etterpå fikk jeg retur lappen fra bedriften fikk jeg en dyrere produkt på samme pris inkl. frakt. En annen produkt kom uten ledning men jeg fikk den andre gangen uten at jeg betalte både for produktet og frakt. Anbefales Applaus til bedriften. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
