I made a payment of ₹24,000 on 14 April…
I made a payment of ₹24,000 on 14 April 2026 via Onmeta (UTR: 872735591609). The payment was successfully debited from my bank account and has already been confirmed as received and linked to my order (Order ID: 69dd698b0df655aa2003ccbe).
However, even after more than 48 hours, neither the crypto has been credited nor any refund has been processed.
Initially, I received quick responses, but after the issue moved to review, responses have significantly slowed down. A support ticket has been created, but there is still no clear resolution or timeline.
I request Onmeta to urgently resolve this issue by either completing the transaction or initiating a refund, as this delay is causing serious inconvenience and concern.
