I ordered a monstera, palm and got a free rubber plant. The monstera was slightly bigger than listed and I didn’t expect much of the rubber plant with it being free but it was a full size plant! Impressed with this company and would certainly recommend them.

The plants arrived quickly and in okay condition but I didn't receive the free plant for orders over £30 even though I spent £75. Also two of the plants were suppose to be big and came more pot than plant which was very disappointing. Lastly neither of my emails about this were responded to, therefore I took the time for the review

I bought a few plants and all were great quality and very healthy looking. This company are local, so I collected my plants rather than had them delivered, but I am very pleased with the plants, communication was easy, my questions were answered very quickly. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend them

I ordered a pair of maranta plants, also known as 'praying hands' which arrived in good time.
They were packaged with great care, were strong and healthy on arrival, with no damage and the courier was courteous and respectful of my delivery.
To my delight, the were larger than expected, a pair of some of the best quality plants I have received and are settling in nicely in their new home.
Highly recommend Essex plants for their quality of plants, careful packaging and swift delivery, even during the difficult time of the covid crisis. Top marks all round.

Excellent customer service! Very helpful & quick with responses. Already placed two orders, both arrived safely next day. I’m currently considering getting rid of my furniture just to be able to fit more plants in my apartment :) Really can’t fault Online House Plants! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants lovely plants without having to leave the house.

I actually can't fault this company, my plants arrived but in a bit of a sorry state, and looking a bit worse for wear due to the way it had been packaged. The company called me within secs of me, contacting them and asked how they could help. I explained about the plants, and the packaging and Peter was brilliant. He listened to my suggestions ,asked about other plant deliveries I had, to help him better his business, and offered a replacement without hesitation and it was here within 2 days and packaged in such a better way.
I was so nice to actually deal with a company that, listened, had fantastic customer service and wanted to actually help! I definitely would recommend them, and would buy from them again with hesitation.

Really happy with both the plants and the service I received. Will definitely be ordering more, I feel a bit of an indoor plant addiction starting😬

I found onlinehouseplants as I got an advert for them on Instagram, it was good advertising because I am currently loving my houseplants. I hadn't heard of them before but really wanted to add to my plant collection so gave them a go. I ordered 4 plants and received one free. They all arrived quickly and in excellent condition considering they'd had a journey through the parcel system. The packing was great, my lovely plants were all snug under layers of bubble wrap and paper and I feel that care had been taken to make sure they had enough moisture for their travels! I would highly recommend onlinehouseplants if you're looking to expand your greenery collection!

Really great company, fast delivery and very responsive via their Facebook page. A plant was damaged during delivery and they were very happy to replace the plant on the same day that I raised the concern to them. Will definitely be using the company again.

I have a number of plants from Peter all come in great condition i will be getting more,their a lovely size and great prices the customer service is spot on always goes out there way to help.Also if there is a certain plant you'd like Peter will see if he's able to get it for you.
