OnlineCourseHost.com Arvostelua

Excellent site, excellent customer service. It's so refreshing to talk to a human and especially one really engaged with helping. Very good experience - thank you.

I've contacted the support teams of several companies over the years. While I've never received outright rude responses, none have been particularly impressive. However, onlinecoursehost's support team is by far the most courteous, helpful, and proactive I've ever encountered. They've set a new standard for customer support.

Improve on procedure I have been trying to go ahead by at some point am denied access

I have been with onlinecoursehost for over 2 years and not been very active however decided it was time to build out my courses. I wanted to set up a custom domain and got stuck. The support was fantastic - patience and great follow up. It has given me even greater confidence in the product. Thank you !

Very good support and also website

No matter what my query has been, both prior to subscribing as well as after subscribing, Onlinecoursehost.com has always been quick to respond and exceptionally helpful. They have exceeded my expectations in all areas and I can only highly recommend them.

The platform is easy to use and implement your courses. The academy section is full of priceless advise and implementations.

My only pet peeve (disappointment) is that it often times the platform takes long to load the course pages.

Sometimes this could be a problem with students.

I cannot believe you keep billing me when I have unsubscribed

What a wonderful course platform for my clients including countless features - fantastic. I am super happy and grateful for the helpful support! I am German and it was a challenge for me to ask technical staff but the support did every possible effort to give me help and answers I could understand. Thank you once again! You are doing a great job (Michael & colleagues) I recommend onlinecoursehost with all my thumbs up👍👍 100% 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am moving to OnlineCourseHost from a different platform and so far I have had only good experience. The team is very helpful and the platform is very intuitive in terms of course and page building.

I just created my Academy with OnlineCourseHost.com, and I’m extremely satisfied.

Now that I understand how it "works," it has become incredibly easy to use—thanks in large part to the excellent support I received.

In January, I’ll officially launch sales, and I can’t wait.
What I wanted to achieve—and have achieved—is an online course supported by a community where people can receive assistance, and OnlineCourseHost.com made it simple and effective to bring this to life.

Highly recommended.

Answered everything that I need in a timely manner, and it was done without complication, which was the most important thing

The customer service is very kind and ready to help. I appreciate the detailed description of each procedure.

Great customer service: friendly and timely. The platform is easy to learn and work with, and I really appreciate its affordability. In the early stages of course creation and building sales, you can avoid the high monthly overhead that other platforms charge. Overall, so far it has been a positive experience.

OnlineCourseHost (OCH) has been amazing to work with. They are extremely responsive. They helped me troubleshoot an issue and gave me a work-around.

Every time I looked, I had another response. It was great!

My community is growing & I look forward to continuing my classroom on OCH!

The team is responsive and helpful and resolved my enquiry quickly

Great tool, with very kind assistnace service!

As a trainer/ course creator, I am so grateful for Onlinecoursehost outstanding products and services. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, weekly newsletters shares insightful updates to improve overall students experience and they provide word-class technical support at light speed ! I never miss an opportunity to spread the word about their awesome work. Highly recommend !

The best online course-hosting platform I have used (and I've used just about everything on the market for the past 15+ years) - and their customer service and support is FABULOUS! Abisola in particular went over and above to help me solve a challenge. Thank you one and all.
