Over the past year, Janine has been supporting us through the most challenging period of our relationship. After the birth of our first child, our communication and connection deteriorated as we dealt with sleep deprivation, postnatal depression and the loss of my sister to suicide. Trish was brilliant at her Job, she made me feel at ease and listened to . Trish was non judgemental and had the knack of making me think about what i really wanted to happen so that i felt back in control of situations. Elaine is one of the most friendliest, warm, caring therapist I've ever met, she made us both feel very Welcome.
Her help, support and tools that she gave to myself, and my partner was very valuable, and it helped us out through a tough patch.
