OneVillasIbiza - part of One of a Kind Travel Arvostelua 

With many tales of 'villa fraud' I was very cautious, however the folks at OneVillas were very understanding and patient. Their service was seamless and the villa impeccable. They even called during our stay to check all was well. We'd happily use OneVillas again.

We booked a villa in Ibiza through one villas. There were a number of issues with the villa one of the main ones being the house next door was a building site and we had not been made aware before we arrived or offered an alternative place to stay. The noise from the villa next door completely ruined our villa experience with the company taking no responsibility for this at all. The next issue we had with the villa was the pictures online did not match the standard we were expecting once we arrived. This villa is listed / priced as a luxury villa and for it to have dirty / unmatching and worn bed linen / towels was not acceptable. The double beds had single covers on them, there were stains on sheets / rips on pillowcases. We had flagged this with the homeowner whist on holiday and were met with a brick wall. When flagged to one villas with pictures from their website vs our own pictures they said there was nothing they could do and wasn’t their responsibility. They are advertising / charging for luxury villas yet are taking no liability or actions for any issues we had whilst on holiday. Overall we were extremely unhappy with how this company dealt with any of our issues raised. We raised the issues with the homeowner and at no point did we say we were happy we chose not to spend the holiday arguing with homeowner over everything that was wrong as it started to get very uncomfortable contacting them.
We didn’t flag building site issues with one villa while on holiday as there would have been physically nothing they could have done to stop this - our point is we SHOULD have been made aware and another villa option given. This responsibility lies also with the homeowner to have informed one villas of the building works going on.
No compensation was offered bar a fridge full of food if we booked though them again.

The team at One Villas were very helpful on our arrival and when I had any problems they were prompt with their help.

The overall service and One Villas Ibiza Experience is unprecedented.
The customer service and desire to ensure that you are taken care of from the beginning of you Villa search to your return home.
The whole team go above and beyond to deliver consistently excellent customer service, and no question goes un answered.
This is our second time of using One Villas Ibiza, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a choice of villas for groups/families with varying budgets.
Joost, continued to "wow" us with support throughout and his service and consideration for the customer should be commended.
The whole team are efficient, responsive and willing to support in all your needs.
The shopping deliveries prior to arrival is a "game changer" and the service from the Villa teams is good.

Très bien accueillis par Lotte qui reste toujours disponible si besoin. La maison est située au calme et est très bien équipée. La ville d'Ibiza est accessible en 25 minutes de voiture.

Beautifully appointed villa, very spacious and many corners to chill.
All amenities where available and very efficient cleaning services. We would definitely re-book with One Villas Ibiza

The experience was great from start to finish. Initial response to villas was immediate and all questions were answered. The villa was as lovely as it looked in the photos. What was really good was all the additional services that could be done through One Villas too; we made use of the car hire, booking a boat to Formentera and having groceries delivered before we arrived.
Would definitely use again.

Gemeinsam mit Freunden mieteten wir für 11 Tage das Haus Can Prana. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Auch wenn das Haus traumhaft liegt und auch im Innenbereich schön gestaltet und sauber ist, gab es doch einige Dinge , welche unseren Urlaub stark negativ beeinträchtigt haben.
Die Aussenanlagen sind nicht fertiggestellt.
Der Pool wirkt trotz regelmäßiger Wartung unhygienisch und wenig einladend, auch die Badekleidung verfärbte sich vom Wasser dauerhaft.
Obwohl das Haus für 10 Personen ausgelegt ist, empfinden wir die Anzahl der Liegen und vor allem die Beschattung als unzureichend. Man möchte den Tag nicht im Aussenbereich verbringen!
Die Appartements im Untergeschoss sind dunkel, klamm und muffig. Leider fehlen hier ausreichend Möglichkeiten die Kleidung aufzuhängen oder in einem Schrank zu verstauen. Man musste aus dem Koffer leben. Viele weitere Kleinigkeiten wie die defekte Tischtennisplatte, die mangelhafte Spülmaschine, etc. sind keine Katastrophe aber doch lästig.
Desweiteren tropfte es an einem Tag aus der Decke. Zwei Tage vorher versagte die Stromversorgung. Zwar wurde sich schnell durch die Agentur um die Probleme gekümmert, doch mussten auch wir Zeit und Energie aufwenden.
Hinzukommt, dass täglich unterschiedlichste Handwerker, Gärtner und Personal der Agentur angekündigt und unangekündigt im Haus erschienen. Dieses ständige Kommen und Gehen empfanden wir als störend.
Dennoch war die Agentur und die zuständigen Housekeeper sehr engagiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben ihr bestes gegeben, um unseren Aufenthalt trotz der Mängel des Hauses so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Everything’s worked smooth and the property price benefit ratio was super & we had a luxury stay in Ibiza

Can Lobo was sensational! The villa was beautifully decorated and spacious and the sun set directly in front each evening. The photos online were gorgeous, however in person the villa blew our mind and larger than we expected. We felt at home with all our needs met, and we always looked forward to returning to the villa after a day out and some days not wanting to leave. If you are thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!

Never used this company before but very impressed & would use again. The villa was absolutely gorgeous (if a bit tricky to access) with everything you need (& more) and stunning views. An excellent time was had by all (young & not so young).

From start to finish, One Villas provided us with a friendly and professional service. They were particularly helpful and quick responding to any of our queries. Overall our holiday was a wonderful experience, made easier by One Villas. I look forward to using their services in future.

Kind contact and easy handled booking platform

Had an incredible stay at Villa Marrakesh, Ibiza. Been going to Ibiza for years and the view has to be one of the best on the island. It meant there was never a rush to get ready to see the sunset, we could just watch it set on the sea from our amazing double daybed by the pool. Ended up spending a lot more time at the villa then envisaged as everyone wanted to make the most of it.
The whole booking and checkin and checkout experience was faultless and there was a very thoughtful welcome package for us.
Villa extremely well equipped - beach towels, all cooking utensils, bbq, serving platters, citronella candles, napkins, coffee etc. You do need to remember your own shower gel etc though.

Very professional, communicative and reliable team. Highly recommend. We felt in very safe hands throughout.
