I ordered a cordless air blower through a third party. There are certainly no complaints about the quality or price. Very good, to be honest. However, my package was incomplete; a cable to charge the battery was missing. It was sent from the original manufacturer , OneVan, from Germany to Belgium with an extra battery, but it did not arrive. DHL was unable to deliver it according to the tracking code.
They suggested contacting OneVan directly for further help.

I purchased a Brushless Electric Lawn Mower from this seller through AliExpress. When the order arrived, I found that the machine was broken. I contacted the seller, and he said he would send me a replacement part, but he **completely refused to issue any refund**, even a partial one.

I agreed to receive the replacement part. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be just a **plastic piece** from the lawn mower – not a proper or useful replacement. I had already sent the seller clear photos showing that **the wires were cut and some buttons were missing**.

Unfortunately, the machine was completely unusable, and I have now thrown it in the trash.

I see the advert for onevan tools, on YouTube channel and was quite impressed with the quality and performance, ie: impact driver, I found the ease of use undoing car wheel nuts I haven't used it on very rusted nuts yet so looking forward in the future trying that great product, looking at other tools in the range

This machine is very handy for a small flock. Good battery life. When machine arrived it had an EU plug and I ordered a uk plug contacted company and received proper plug shortly afterwards.

Great price for value, fast delivery

Delivery was very good the onLy problem I see is I try to paint and nothing no paint so I do not know what the problem I try whit water no problem so I don't know I try with paint from home Depot and nothing so tell me what's up

Package got lost in post to start with but that was the delivery service .
Sheep shears where not to bad for the money , but the large headed
Bolt and nut holding the comb in
Where not fixed and I lost the nut
In side the machine as I tried to
Change the comb . Also no parts
Numbers for cutter and comb that I can see .

I've used it a little but it broke, ONEVAN 1200N.m Brushless Electric Impact Wrench 1/2.
Edit: It turned out that the battery suddenly ran out. I have a set with 2 batteries. These batteries have very poor capacity. I have tried with original Makita batteries, they are about 60% better.

Great tools for Personal use! I now one 5 different OneVan tools and they are great tools with the price in mind.
If you use the tool 7 days a week, sure Milwaukee og Makita would probably be a better alternative but when you can buy a hand drill 3 times for the price of one of the "Big brands" im never in doubt.

This is a Chinese brand selling crap and with no customer service. Attractive prices and many positive reviews. Of course all fake. Either they pay you to write it or they create fake profiles to comment the best on a crappy product. Run away. It’s even so obvious on Amazon and similar sites.

tried to get warranty on a blower. been five day sending e mail and got the round/round. they don't answer there phone number.

I was after an 18v angle grinder with speed adjustment that I could fit a rotary wire brush to. Onevan did this with a battery and charger not bare, at £100 cheaper than the usual makes I would go for. Build quality looks good and will accept Makita batteries (although the onevan batteries can only be charged with their charger).
Now looking at this make for future power tools.

I recommend this product, very good quality. Arrived earlier than expected. Great Store
