If you’re wanting honesty

If you’re wanting honesty, the price increase for loyal users is so unfortunate. We will be searching for a new provider in the next fiscal year. A jump from $1 a paystub to $5, is greedy. I could understand a 50-100% mark up. But 500% is greed.

Hi Vivian. I think you left the same review a few months ago and I'd like to clarify, again, that our prices have not changed. Pay stubs for active subscription holders are still $1 each. Pay stubs for non-subscription holders are still $5 each. This has not changed in years. I'd encourage you to reach out to OneTwoPay support if / when you have any questions about billing on your account.

fast easy and user friendly within a small business budget. There are a couple of things that can be improved;
The system does not allow 2 types of regular pay??? Last month when the Ontario minimum wage changed part way through our payroll it would not allow me to do pre-increase hours at that wage and then post increase hours at the wage...not user friendly. It also happens when there is a Stat holiday and a part time employee works as we have to pay the flat pay as per Ontario formula and then time and half for any hours worked but I cannot have 2 Stat/Holiday pays. I can create a new type of pay but then it does not allow me some of the features like classic view showing remittances???

Thank you for leaving a review! You’re right, our old system only allowed one kind of regular pay. As you mentioned, we released a new version of OneTwoPay last year that allows you to add as many kinds of pay as you need. Thanks to feedback from you and other customers, we have been rolling out updates to ensure you can do everything in the new version that you could do in the old. Two days ago, we added remittance summaries per pay stub so you don’t need to always run a full remittance report. Hopefully you get a chance to try it out and let us know how it goes!

Great for small businesses with only a few employees. I found one two pay when I was looking…

I found one two pay when I was looking for an easy way to provide a payroll statement to our only employee. This system made it easy to comply with rev Canada remitting and keep track of payroll. I love the new vacation accrual tool also. Great for a small business without too much overhead or computer savvy needed.
