Great service as always. In particular this time I accidentally ordered a second duplicate item and the owner was kind enough to send me a tracking label for a full return and refund since it had unfortunately already been sent out.

Both of my orders were not well…
Both of my orders were not well packaged. I ordered high-quality precision LDO linear rails, but upon delivery, they were either sticking out of the side of the package or lying unprotected at the bottom of the box.
I would have expected or even assumed proper protective packaging for such sensitive items. However, everything was delivered completely and quickly.

Decent overall experience with OneTwo3D on onetwo3d.co.uk. Prices aren’t the cheapest, but the quality is solid, and delivery is fast. Had a slight issue with shipping once, but customer service was quick to resolve it. Good selection of products too.

Hi Titouan, we're sorry to hear about the delay. Unfortunately French customs was holding the parcel over Christmas which led to a slightly longer delivery time. The order was placed on the 21st of December and delivered in France on the 3rd of January. Considering the Christmas and New Year holidays the delivery time was ok I think.

Very helpful technical support ensured that I was buying the correct part for my printer; two 42-48 stepper motors for a Creality K1 Max with longer shafts.
Delivery was superb, ordered on the 27th Dec and delivered on the 29th Dec
